Review 7：If you want good wifi you have to pay 9 euros otherwise they'll give you 512kb/s. 21 Euros for breakfast is also ridiculous, dinner on the previous night costed me 15E, wasn't going to pay more for breakfast! Calculating all this plus taxi from the airport you might get a fair room with all included at the hilton next door.

Review 14：The hotel is very accessible, near the motorway and the tram is a block away for visiting the city centre, liked the hotel couldn't fault it in any way. Will certainly visit again.
Review 15：The room was lovely, we stayed in the comfort room was very clean and the bed is really comfy. The hotel staff at the reception and who work in the restaurant spoke really good English and were extremely polite and friendly. We are considering coming back to stay at again.

Review 29：I always check this hotel out first as its the one I want to stay at. It is incredibly friendly and good value for money when you book at the right time. The leap in prices between normal empty hotel and then the business rates is crazy. I move away and refuse to pay the business rates. It is a pity you cant keep a few back toallow the loyal guest stay a day over. More flexibility for those filling the hotel when the messe and business people are there.
Review 30：We booked a double room but when we arrived at almost midnight after a horrendous day of multiple train delays the room had only a single duvet, one pillow and one towel. We phoned housekeeping for the missing items. All 3 items when they arrived were stained and smelt! Not what was expected

Review 48：Douanes are quite thin. The classical rooms are cold and it is not possible to have the climate control system raise it very far. Remember extra night clothes.

After another call and 2 hours wait we get two peoples which of same quality and texture. Since we stayed till Tuesday for two nights. We asked the receptionist on two separate occasion whether most monument and museum will be open on mondays before we bought the inclusive card with travelling and sight seeing we were assured yes. This was not the case, we lost valuable time and need less to say our money. Staff were not helpful at all. Asked how far the hotel to the airport before we book a taxi. They didn't no, no attempt was made to goggle and otherwise.

Review 53：I've got very few complaints about my stay at the hotel but one problem that I can recall is that the toilet in the bathroom was very cramped. It was very tight to the bath which meant that there wasn't a lot of leg room. The air conditioning didn't seem to make the room that cool either but it was in the middle of summer.

Review 57：Ok in short internet. Three euros an hour or some large amount for the half day. The internet in the lobby is not private and anyone at the bar can read your mails. It is also at a sit up and beg station and not comfortable. They need something more comfortable with a sense of privacy.

It is near to tram stop which takes you straight into Dusseldorf in ten mins and you pop up right in the main shopping area. Otherwise it is a long walk but not impossible if you have 35-45 mins. Night time is best so you see the modern skyline. Oberkassel is on the same side of river as the hotel and a taxi ride will find you with a great choice of wine bars and places to eat with the more younger professional people or the affluent older residents .Quite a contrast to the alstadt and without hoards of visitors. Room was spacious and super view north. Free upgrades are not impossible.
