Review 1：the facility is not very well maintained, they need to renovate a little bit but in general is well preserved,

Review 2：the staff was very friendly, the location was great, close to everything. It is much more recommendable to stay near the center rather than on the west coast of the island because there are no beaches there and you need to travel by taxi or golf car to the central area. The food was not perfect, but there was a variety every day. The staff in the restaurant was very friendly.

Review 3：I felt very insecure in this place, First the gave us a poor room, then they refuse to give us our receipt. After, they told us that would "give" us a better room next day. The food included in this huge price is very very poor. The information for tour options are inexistent. Run from this hotel!
