Review 1：Room condition is very good. but staff gave to wrong information. we stayed only 1hours in the pool. staff said 4 children and 2 adults are 380 cz. but we paid about 4000cz. it is her mistake. i would like to put in a clain for compensaion.

Review 2：Poor sound proofing, constant sound of fire doors slamming, could hear voices and movement of room above and could hear neighbours using their bathrooms. No pads on sun loungers around the pool which were v uncomfortable. Staff at reception couldn't point out where the hotel was on the hiking map. Had to pay to use wellness centre which we had assumed would be included given cost of hotel. Food was average and again over priced. Much better value for money luxury hotels available in the area.

Review 7：First impression was terrible-doors closed(we came at night,but withreservation!).Thanks God after some time it was opened,but that personwho opened,did'nt understood why we came.So we choose this hotel onthe way to home only because it has swiming pools.Only one small thing-we clear out at the place,that this amenity is for extra money.After wepaid for that-one new surprise: water so cold,that no possible torelax(in broshures was written 28-29 degrees).After hour we left thepool (paid for whole day) and said the reason why,but no reaction frommanagment at all.Just looking wiht wide opened eyes and no decision.So Iwould not reccomend this hotel for jus stop in travel(too complicated toreach) and for relax holliday(the staff is not ready to serve you in theright way).

Review 9：Room was smaller and facilities not quite as described, lacking certain features. Half way through our trip we were told there was a charge to use the indoor pool. I have never come across this before and it was not mentioned in any literature. This put quite a damper on the rest of the holiday and next time I would choose a different hotel.
