Review 1：I did not like that the pool closed at 19.00. We went out for dinner and after that we wanted to swim, but it was already closed. So we did not enjoy the pool :(

Review 5：We, two serious ladies (39 and 43), came 'home' from a night of tangodancing but we couldn't open the front door. We both tried several timespushing, pulling while trying to turn the key. It didn't function. Itwas in the middle of the night, we were tired, no streetlights were on,no light at the front door, we wanted to sleep.. (By the way: we weresober) what else could we do but call the manager? He said that hecouldn't help it and that we had to wait until six o'clock in themorning, then someone would come...! The manager had us waiting in themiddle of night for over three hours! Lateron we were disappointed thatthe manager didn't show one sign of empathy. No sorries, no discount,nothing... He just thought we were stupid, but his own personnel haddifficulty opening the door as well! We thought this was not an exampleof good hospitality.
