Review 1：front desk must speak some English for foreign travellers to return. All efforts to speak the language should not be on the paying guests.
Review 2：Great breakfast and plentiful. Good coffee! Great bacon and eggs and abundance of fresh fruit and juices. Room was comfortable and clean but a bit dated. Free parking and good wifi. Close to downtown.
Review 3：Wifi, ranked a "10” on one of the websites, was nonexistant to hopeless during my entire 6 night stay. I had planned to get some work done, but without dependable access to the intrnet that was impossible. I would get a weak signal for a while (minutes), then it would disconnect. This occurred in the lobby and dining room as well as my room. The hotel has two computers for guest use, only one of which was working, but its keyboard was an antique and trying to type on it was a misery.
Review 4：The staff were very nice and very helpful. My room was very clean. Breakfast was good with hot choices like scrambled eggs and bacon, as well as cereal, fruit, pastries, etc.
Review 5：Reception staff who were not so helpful - no offer of help with luggage, if they had no English that was the end of the communication.
Review 6：Reception staff who could speak English, and went out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast was great and the staff there were always bright and friendly. Got the day off to a great start, without speaking Spanish.
Review 7：The heating was very noisy. You could choose between having cold and quite or having a good climate in the room with noise.
Review 8：they accepted a big group that were very noisy during one of the nights waking me up at 4am.
