Review 1：Gourmet restaurant was closed all the time we were there. That was not mentioned in the web. Deliveries under our room at 6:20 a.m.

Review 16：Just arrived, a welcome drink with a champagne glass was kindly offered us; we booked two days, but the first one the hotel was closed for some maintenance reasons, we were hosted in the adjacent Belvedere Hotel, quite good as well; nice good rooms in both facilities; finally, the direct connection allows you to easily reach the thermal center Bogn Engadina !
Review 17：We were located in room 25, we had window open to fresh air. It could be noisy when people returned from town during the night. Also, room information is only available in German. It would be great if this could translate to English.
Review 18：Everything about this hotel is excellent! Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. We received welcome drinks and snacks when we arrived, we sat down in the beautiful lounge while staff carried our suitcases to our room. The breakfast is a true Swiss quality, everything is tasty and up to standard. Also a big WOW to their tea selections! We booked a table in their restaurant, and again, food was excellent and staff were super friendly. My husband and I will definitely return here once again!

Review 22：We were welcome by a team of wonderful staff going out of their way to make us feel comfortable - they even supplied us with an additional room free of charge because ther was no twin room left for an elderly couple travelling with us. Dinner was fantastic but expensive. Fun factor: you can squeeze your own orange juice. Would stay there again anytime.
