Review 1：Very noisy. Children of other guests running the halls yelling before 8am waking us up. Construction next door very noisy. Disappointed in not being able to relax as planned.

Solicitamos un plan romántico el cual coordinamos con la recepción, pero también fallaron en la puntualidad, al llegar no estaba lista la habitación y tuvimos que esperar casi una hora en el lobby.

The pool tiles have come off, the pool bathroom was dirty, the pool chairs were terrible, there are FOR SALE signs everywhere, the view of the beach is horrible. A friend of ours did not have water or air conditioning the night before our arrival and they suggested we don't stay there. After an hour of waiting to be assigned a room we decided to leave. Never stayed there.

Review 15：Hotel appears quickly constructed and has not been maintained like it should (this comes through in details - like sloppy paint jobs, frayed towels, and the noise of the HVAC fan). It's also next to a construction site, so it's loud first thing in the morning (including on a Sunday).

I do not recommend a hotel where guest is not the priority but getting your money.

Review 22：location was the worst,, need to take a cab everytime you want to buy something, pools were boring and kind of dirty (not music, not activities, nothing). they closed them really early as well. 8 pm you couldnt use the pool anymore.

Review 25：This is an excellent hotel that caters to customers. We were greeted at the airport with a nice SUV to transfer us to the hotel. At reception we were given a welcome drink which was appreciated. We requested a a last minute change of room on a higher floor and they took care of us. We were told we needed to wait a little longer because the particular room requested was presently being moved the checking out customer was still there. They gave us a few drinks ease on the house and it was a pleasant experience. All the staff were upbeat, professional, and knowledgeable. Facilities are well all above average, extremely clean and well professionally staffed. Main restaurant was very good, even a little crowded. The pool side bar restaurant was excellent. Drinks were great, food was delicious and quickly served. Pools were clean, supervised, and in great location especially the one overlooking the beach. Our room was perfect (614), big balcony, big windows, comfortable bed etc etc. Front door staff with orchestrating taxis and hotel shuttle like pros. The Computer in the lobby explaining good restaurants, site seeing, and side trips are a pleasant plus Hotel is in a good location, restaurants and close by and not far from the walled city and Centro Commercial. Security was top notch. We enjoyed it all and planning to return.

Review 26：It is a little out of town and takes about 15 minutes and 20,000 pesos each way. Also the internet was a little slow and could not be accessed in all areas.

As soon as I went through the security gate, there were venders harassing me and my girlfriend. This was the main reason why I didn't choose a hotel in BocaGrande!

Review 52：The hotel staff performance was inconsistent ; some staff members seemed to be efficient workers and competent.Others seemed to be poorly trained and not sure of what to do.The hotel is not close to the city center.It is on an isolated isthmus and there are no stores nearby.My room, #414, had a malfunctioning air conditioning thermostat.The room was either too cold or too hot all of the time.The floors are slick tile and very slippery in the hotel room.bathroom,and balcony making it easy to fall .On the north side of the hotel there is a cluster of shanty shacks inhabited by locals.They played loud music,burned fires at night ( creating smoky air),were loud,screamed a lot, and were habitual nuisances.Sometimes when purchasing drinks from the waiters at poolside the wait staff charged different prices for the same drink ( probably price gouging and pocketing some extra money was involved).Guests need to be on guard at all times because there are constant possibilities for dysfunction while staying at this hotel .

Review 53：The hotel is located directly on the beach and has three swimming pools. The breakfast buffet was excellent and offered a vast variety of foods and beverages.The hotel has multiple buildings and is a nice property.

Guard at beach warned us not to go on the beach after 6pm & never go to the right toward the slum properties. Beach was dirty & trashy near hotel, you have to walk up the beach ti safer cleaner areas. I don't recommend hotel if your a beach person, room & pool area were great

Review 62：8th floor and still crazy much ants on the room. they came and cleaned but the ants kept coming back. Airconditioning could not be regulated, kept going to freezing cold and we had to shut it off manually all the time. they didn't seem to be able to fix it.

I tried to sit on the balcony and read, but the chairs were uncomfortable without cushions and were filthy from ot being cleaned from weather. The glass on the balcony was so dirty you could not see through it. It appeared that it had NEVER been cleaned after to original construction.
