Review 1：Almost no services in the hotel, no bar, so no ambiance at all, residents have to go out for everything Quite pricey for a 2 star hotel, but I guess this is Saas-Fee
Review 2：Very good location in one of the lively streets and close to the lifts and cable car, nice friendly personnel, rooms are ok, breakfast simple but good ; the hotel has a private ski room just in front of the cable car so you don't need to carry your skis and shoes back and forth. The hotel has an electric vehicle to pick you and your luggage from the parking lot

Review 4：I had really thin, soft, big pillows in the bed, the kind the swiss seem to love but I think they are very uncomfortable. It was not really easy to find the hotel with google maps: do your research before leaving, it's actually really easy to reach.

Review 6：Noise coming from the street with its peak between 3 and 4 am. I guess caused by the customers of "Poison" and "Popcorn" - the nightclubs surrounding the hotel. That was really a terrible experience. If you get room facing the street, good and soft silicone earplugs is the must.

Review 9：The room was relatively spacious and well furbished. Overall the hotel was very clean and has a relatively modern look to it. The breakfast was excellent and staff was friendly. The location is ideal, right in the center, just a few minutes from the bus stop.
Review 10：Nice cheap hotel situated near the car park, tourist information office and a few bars. Rooms are clean and there is a lift should you be tired from a day of hiking skiing. Breakfasts served from just after 6am which was handy for me as I had to get the gondola at 6.30am and hate having to work without breakfast.

Review 27：The owner was very accommodating. We requested a room on the mountain side because we were concerned with the possible noise from the nearby Bars and he kindly provided it to us. Even with our excellent location and with the windows shut we heard some noise outside during the night.

Review 32：On arrival t the hotel after a long days travel there was no one atreception. It took 15 mins to discover a small note on a telephone atthe desk asking us to phone another hotel. Promising to be round in twominutes it took at least ten. We suggested a more prominent notice onthe desk would be helpful. There was a lot of noise between 4 and 5 amfrom revellers at a bar up the street. I guess this would be an evenbigger problem during the height of the ski season.
Review 33：The rooms were excellent, very clean, spacious and with modern decor.Bathrooms were very well equipped. Buffet breakfast was good with a goodvariety of food. The price was very good and after our initial check indifficulties we were pleasantly surprised with the quality.

Review 35：The hotel is next to a nightclub. We didn't hear any music, but there was a steady trickle of noisy people walking past the window until around 4 in the morning (not on sunday morning). It may be quieter on the other side of the hotel. Ear plugs help a lot.
Review 36：The staff were very helpful and flexible - we were allowed to check out at 3pm as the room had not been booked. There was a wide choice of food for breakfast. The hotel has a lift and there is a ski room next to the gondola. The location is 2 minutes from the central bus station.

We stayed in "Heidi's Suite" a two story room with a four poster handpainted bed,a nice sitting area, a soaking tub, plus an additional bedroom and bathroom in the loft. Spacious view balcony where we sat in the sun and watched the skiers. The young woman who runs the place was a gracious hostess! Walking distance to the train station, bus service and ski bus also available. Bar and restaurant at the Hotel Bergheimat were lively and quite good! Locals were quite friendly and multi-lingual.

Location is great, and we've always found it very comfortable, clean and great value for money compared to other hotels in Saas Fee. Staff are always very friendly and helpful, and I'm sure we will be returning next season.

Review 57：I spent a ski holiday with my son there. We found Bergheimat Hotel very suitable for this purpose. We had two places to keep our skies and boots (one close to Alpin Express). They offered very delicious breakfast and transport from and to parking with all our things. And we prepared thoroughly for boys' holidays: sport equipment, game console, projector, movies, snacks..... :D
Review 58：the staff is very very friendly!! the location is great, right near the parking lot and some good restaurants. The slopes are on the "other end" of town, but its not a far walk at all (less than 5 minutes). The hotel also has its own locker space near the ski lift, which is really helpful. We found out later that you get a discount on parking and also ski rentals - we wish we'd been told the night we checked in, but now we know :)) - would definitely stay here again!
