Review 1：The stuff is not trying to help you if you have any kind of problems, especially with the terms and conditions fixed by the hotel. They are Austrians and they are not finding solutions in your interest, as a guest, they just apply they rules.
Review 2：Balcony of room looked into back yard of neighbouring house. Assigned table in restaurant was in a passageway. Hotel has no outdoor facilities whatsoever, no garden, no terrace, no outdoor pool. The first two issues were resolved after complaints to reception, but hotel attitude seems to be "give them as little as they will tolerate". We felt more like "bed nights" than "guests" No air conditioning during very hot spell of weather.

Review 6：Parking is 5 min from hotel. And our windows were facing a street and just under them there were junk boxes. The cars were taking junk and bringing some other boxes very early at 6 and it was really very loud. We couldn't sleep anymore.
