Review 1：The main problem is that Green Star is a long way out - around 30 minutes walk from the centre either over a hill or along a busy road by the railway tracks. Although the apartment is big, the toilet is in a tiny room and to fit it in they have put it at a 45 degree angle so you can't sit on it straight. The apartment kitchen is not well equipped - there is an oven with hob, but no pans of any kind to cook with. The beds are narrow 2'6" (75cm) wide single beds, not the 90-130cm wide single beds that booking.com promised.

Review 3：We reserved an apartman for 4 (family) but the room was not cleaned so they gave us 2 double rooms on 2 separate floors. Traffic is really noisy in front of the pension.

Review 5：Arrived at 7pm. Rang the reception bell for half an hour and no answer. Managed to get onto them by phone later but by then had already made alternative arrangements.

Review 6：The staff didn't spoke foreign languages, just their owns. When we arrived one of our reservation has been cancelled, so one of our friends had to sleep on spare bed. They weren't flexible and our problem hasn't been resloved.

Review 19：Parking is not well lit, so I was a bit concerned about the safety of my vehicle. Breakfast was not available as advertised, so we had to make an impromptu trip to the grocery store. Heat seems to be on a timer, so it was quite cold for my infant daughter. Staff speaks almost no English, so it was hard to ask questions. Mini refrigerator seemed old, so was not attractive to hold my perishable items.

The staffwas very friendly, but hardly spoke any languages other than Czech.Nevertheless, with some Russian and English we could communicate withthem. One kilometer from the hotel there was an excellent Mexicanrestaurant recommended to us by the hotel staff.
