Review 1：Wine bit expensive and overpriced for. The quality

Review 3：A detail perhaps, but the bar soap was not replaced once in 7 nights.(There is the liquid one fixed in the showers).BUT THE WORSE : In my opinion, the room I had should not be proposed to guest during this period of the year. And the owner should choose between night club tenants or hotel managers. I was facing the street and every night at 2-3 am enormous amount of noise. Worst, the 1st January, until 7 AM impossible to sleep. NET : The front row of the hotel is a total nightmare in term of noise. And at 7-8 AM starts the noise from the hotel in front. I guess they should either give up night club, or isolating 10 x better the windows or just not renting those rooms.

Review 4：Staff very friendly and articulated in almost every main languages.Breakfast until 11 which is unusual, but when you arrive at 10h30, theyalready setting for lunch and you feel a bit as a disturbance. Centrallocation, cleaning of the room daily but to the minimum.

Review 5：The cleanliness of the room was very poor. For 5 nights, our room was not vacuum cleaned a single time. It also happened that the cleaning personnel entered the room and folded back the wet used towels as they would be new ones, which is unacceptable. The breakfast was the worst part, it was extremely extremely poor. You go at 9 am for breakfast (breakfast is till 11 am), and there is literally nothing in the plates, then you wait that the chef comes out of the kitchen and brings a single egg or 2 pieces of cheese, or 1 piece of ham and leaves these poor quantities in the empty plates. Unacceptable for a 4-star hotel! After a complain, nothing changed - there was only bread for breakfast. Extremely bad! We would definitely not come back, because the quality and value for money match a 3-star hotel. The wellness was the only good thing in this hotel and even it is a bit outdated and closes too early.

Large room facing the mountains with a balcony, I think this was upgraded. Summer- Free Berger pass gives Post Bus and Cable car all routes but the highest for free Free swimming pool and whirl pool. Review 12：Superficial friendliness at front desk. Pricey - drinks in restaurant ranging from 5.50 CHF for tap water (0.5l) to over 100.- CHF for wine.

Review 13：Wellness, Restaurant and Location. 5 min. from ski lift or touring routes. Amazing wintersports infrastructure.

Review 14：The staff were regulating the nighttime indoor temperature a bit highin our opinion (we had to lose our pajamas, and in some case sleep withthe window cracked open (with -15c outside)). The beds were a bit onthe squashy side. Dinner was through at 21:00 (a little too early forour taste).

Review 15：The staff was really attentive to our needs, and helpful whith questionsabout the place (and you will have questions regarding the ski lifts,the car park -which is mandatory-, transportation risks -if you aretraveling in winter-, vouchers etc). The hotel is situated near the carpark and the two (out of three major) lifts, so getting around is easy.The room was absolutely spotless.
