Review 1：When I checked in, I was offered a 10% discount off the room rate or free beer. As the beer and restaurant were the reason that I chose to stay at this hotel, I chose the latter.
Review 2：the only minor criticism is the lack of anyone with a good grasp of English but we did manage to get by.
Review 3：Great location in the city 2 minutes from the main railway system. Nice fully equipped bedroom and nice breakfast. The hotel boasts an amazing restaurant and brews its own beers. However the biggest like was the free beer on offer for the duration of our stay. Yes free beer!

Review 5：This hotel, situated above the brewery with its own restaurant, is superbly well located in the main part of the town and just two to three minutes' walk from the railway station. The staff were friendly and helpful and rooms nicely appointed and clean. The restaurant meals were very good and there were Bohemian speciality dishes as well as international fayre. I would stay here again when next in Usti.

Review 9：Probably the best restaurant and brewery we have even seen with tremendous service and great beer called "Cute". For guests the consumption is for free, which makes this hotel to a superstar amongst all!
Review 10：Conveniently situated hotel easy to access from the Elbe cycle route. Hotel has own micro-brewery with excellent beers! Good food in restaurant, clean, comfortable room. No late night noise from street outside.
Review 11：Three minor points:- 1. They have a no-smoking restaurant room (excellent), but unfortunately they only opened it on Friday night when the pub was very busy. Saturday/Sunday nights it was closed, and I had to sit among all the Czechs smoking themselves (and me) to death. 2. The first day there was a small piece of soap and a sachet of shampoo provided. But no more was given for days 2 and 3 - most annoying. 3. The wifi signal not very strong. I could hardly get anything on my new HTC M9 phone, though my old laptop was a bit better.

Review 13：Disorganised and rude staff. Booked on booking.com. when I arrived no one was available to assist me as all staff were in the restaurant. When they did it was such an inconvenience for them. They did not have my booking, I showed it to them on my phone. Was given a room without aircon which is particularly why I booked. No one was available to help me. We had the windows open and were bitten all night. The free WiFi was non existent. We arrived at 8 and were under the impression dinner was available until 10pm with the restaurant closing at 12pm. When we went down for food at 9:05pm we were told the kitchen was closed. Terrible. They should have made this clear to us at reception. Overpriced for what we got.

Review 15：Did have a spot of problem with WiFi but reception staff sorted it out. Room a little tiny and as was at front of hotel around 2300 was a little noisy as people left the restaurant.
Review 16：Room was good value for money. Well kept and clean. Bathroom in good condition. Had option of 10% off room but pay for beer, or full price gives you unlimited beer. Food excellent, service good. Breakfast next day was good too.

Review 18：The reception was closed on arrival, but the restaurant staff doubled up at manning reception, a short wait but not too difficult to remedy. The hotel didn't have my booking via booking.com but price was the same and a short e-mail to booking.com meant that i was not double-charged
Review 19：Clean, comfortable bed. Good wifi coverage in room. Fantastic to have a restaurant attached especially as snowing outside. Was offered free beer (fantastic local brews) for duration of stay. Good breakfast. 5 minute walk from train station
Review 20：I cannot fault this place and I will be back in the spring to savour some more of the excellent food and beer offered here, It is very friendly and has a great atmosphere too, the rooms are well decorated and very comfortable, It is right in the middle of town and has parking directly in front of hotel.
Review 21：After receiving booking.com confirmation I arrived at the hotel and was told that my reservation never was made and then pushed out of the door without explanation. They had no interest in seeing my confirmation of booking or similar documents. It seems as though I will now have to pursue criminal charges since I was charged for a night without having stayed there.

Review 24：If nothing else, the hotel Na Rychte is worth a sta in Usti nad Labem.The room is not huge but absolutely ok for the price. It is quiet duringthe night soa good sleep was guaranteed which is important if you have along drive the next day. Best of all is the brewery/restaurant thatis part of the hotel (or the other way round...). Beer is free for hotelguests and of such a great quality that it's paradise for anybeerlover. Food is very good as well! Parking was right opposite thehotel, we got a sheet of paper to put behind the windscreen thatapparently saved us from being fined so that was perfect.

Review 26：Perfect place to stay in Usti. Clean, quiet. Staff is excellent. The pub below has great food and if staying, you can drink the beer gratis. Beer selection was dynamic. Robust and well crafted. This adds a wonderful addition to a stay. Highly recommended. My wife and I cannot speak highly enough.

They tried to be helpful, but it was difficult for them to keep up with 2 jobs at once. When there was staff at the reception, they were not always friendly.
