Review 1：Only negative bring your own iron. And also the pool is not heated and unless sunny can be cold
Review 2：The food was amazing and the service as well. All inclusive was worth it
Review 3：The pool walls were clean but deteriorated , the bathroom ceiling panels were full of mild due also the refrigerator was rusted and old , the selection of alcoholic beverages was very poor quality and selection listed was limited.
Review 4：The room was on the 15th floor and had an excellent view also it was located within a 20 minutes walk to the old city.
Review 5：No Wi-Fi in the rooms. This is a family oriented resort (kids everywhere), and its not advertised that way on-line.

Review 11：too many people crowded into small spaces. Felt like a cheap cruise ship! Pushy guests, crowded lobby ( people taking naps in the lobby) and public spaces. The fruit offerings were great but the main dishes were not good. Drinks were awful! We left the hotel for the Caribe after 4 days and mostly ate out. beaches were dirty and beach erosion is pretty bad. Vendedores ambulantes pesky but polite. The hotel layout and amenities are not conducive to all-inclusive resort style vacation. Cartagena Vieja has some world class restaurants and lovely boutique hotels. consider beaching by hotel de las Americas or hotel el caribe.
Review 12：very friendly staff and clean rooms. day at Baru was nice but go to Islas De Los Rosario's for cleaner sand and water. Snorkeling was fun but coral reefs are disappearing. big difference since I lived there 40 years ago.
Review 13：Paying for the follow services: safe box, WiFi, and transportation from airport to the hotel. All of these services should be included. Also for a safety issue the hotel should has windows protections.

Review 28：We did not like the check in process. After 4:45 there is no food available until dinner at 6:30. Also, you need to make dinner reservations every day as there is no dinner buffet or snack bar.
Review 29：We loved the view from our balcony. The quality and variety of the food. The proximity to the beach. The hotel staff at the beach and in the hotel. Most of the hotel staff are very friendly and try to understand/communicate with non-spanish speaking guests.
Review 30：The hotel is too structured and has no flexibility towards the guest. Internet is available only in the lobby, and that causes issues. Employess are running and rushing, and a lot of them do not have propper training on the amenities of the hotel. Good location, but with all negatives it makes a hotel that you do not want to visit next time.
