Review 1：Great location near the ski slopes so not too much walking with little ones. Very helpful, friendly staff, very accommodating to needs of people travelling with children.

Review 2：The staff was excellent! They even went above and beyond to make a quick snack for my pregnant self as the resturaunt was closing. The staff was very helpful as they recommended places to rent skis and take lessons. We loved the free shuttle to and from the parking garage too! (It would've been a nightmare trying to carry everything!)

Review 7：Gorgeous views & super friendly staff. We took our two dogs & they were so happy with all the winter hiking trails. The hotel is right at the base of the mountain next to the lifts...perfect location. We loved the apes ski bar across the street as they were fun to hang out and watch from our balcony...they closed up completely by 8PM each night. Would definitely go back. The only comment I would have is not he comfort of the bed...it was a little hard for my tastes, but we were also there for 10 days. It would not deter me from going back though as everything else was great!

Sitting on the terrace after a days sking in the sun was lovely- particularly with only a short 10 metres walk from the piste to the locker room.

Review 35：The family run hotel was was clean, friendly and had a good restaurant with an excellent breakfast as well as dinner. We emailed to ask directions to the hotel and mentioned possible time of arrival. It was wonderful after a long trip that the owner was there to meet us with the hotel electric van. The summer lift pass was an unexpected bonus.

In a comparable resort, we recently enjoyed warm and professional service in a 4* hotel for a lower nightly rate than we paid for this less-than-pleasant experience.

Review 53：In Saas-Fee Hotel Bristol was in the best location to access and view the ski slopes. It was easily a 5 minute walk (in ski boots!) to the ticket office and ski lifts. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure you had what you needed and were comfortable. We have a 8mth old daughter and they arranaged special times with us to clean our room to ensure they didn't disturb her sleeping. I would highly recommend this hotel to others and would gladly stay again.
