Review 1：The hotel had a lit of older guests during my stay. It would have been nice if there were more young people to mingle with. The upside was that it was really nice and quite... I could relax.
Review 2：The staff really did a lot of effort to assist me, a traveler from South Africa, to inform me of how to get to the hotel bel air, the train services and schedules, the best activities and advice for a person that had no idea of what to expect in Switzerland.
