Review 1：The decor is definitely dated and tattered--reminded us of an out of date Motel6.

Review 2：The staff were just great and did everything to help make our stay enjoyable. Truly exemplary! Great location 5 minute walk to the old town square and plenty of free parking.

Review 3：I would expect more from Superior room, 4* hotel ; minibar was empty (off), old TV was broken. No wifi in the room (but cable working fine).

Review 4：Good location. Bathroom was o.k - big and clean. Room was generally clean.

Review 5：1. You have to pay extra for everything, even the swimming pool and you have to book it. You cannot go to the swimming pool without paying it together with sauna (200CZK/7 euro/hour). In order to go from swimming pool to sauna you have to change the floor - not really a natural way of arranging things. Swimming pool is also extremely small. 2. All extra services (swimming pool, massage) have to be paid in cash. 3. Massage services are really overpriced and not really good experience - I was cold throughout the massage, since the lady had music player in the other room and kept the door open in order to hear the music. The bed was not heated either. 4. For this price the rooms are missing some basic things - like an electrical kettle. We were travelling with a baby and needed hot water to prepare her food, when I asked the receptionist for a kettle she told me she has one in the reception and I can come over downstairs so that she will give me water. Not obvious to everyone that baby can get hungry in the middle of the night and I do not have time to run back and forth from the room to the reception... 5. When booking I was asked if I want a room downstairs/upstairs. I asked for the ground floor (baby stroller), got 2nd floor... alright, there was a lift, but even on the floor there were some small stairs, not really thoughtful, as the hotel was not booked so much.

Review 6：The hotel is well located, just by the entrance to the old town area. It has a free parking (though parking in town is 1.5euro/day, so that is not such a problem overall). Staff is nice, friendly and helpful. The rooms are spascious. The restaurant downstairs has nice food, though there are better price/value places in town (5-10 mins walk from the hotel).

Review 8：Although the hotel appears to be more business-oriented, it is also great for leisure. The facilities are very good, but sadly we didn't get to experience the beer spa! The room was very spacious and modern. Only a short walk to the town centre. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English.

Review 15：This place is a mistake. Badly managed. It claims 4 stars. No way! Has no minibar! Just an empty fridge that is locked so you can't even chill drinks you buy elswehere! No wireless!! No waste bin in the room!! They print laundry sheets on the other side of other clients invoices!!! To get the swimming pool is a nightmare as the responsible staff is useless. I have asked to meet the manager, and my request has been just IGNORED! If you are just a bit demanding traveller just avoid this place.

Review 19：Facilities are very poor. Bar closes before 9 pm, restaurant is poor, breakfast is very poor. One suite room had leaking roof - water was dripping to the floor. Staff doesn't speak english - it was very difficult to understand each other. Room facilities are very dated - in my room door was once broken and then repaired, tv is from the 80's. Wifi wasn't working in rooms, only in the lobby area. Overall this hotel is 2 star at best.

Review 21：This is a great hotel. Before I made my booking I have read a lot of the reviews and had mixed feelings. I gave this hotel a chance and it was the right choice. I have had best stay in Czech! Room was large, clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was really nice, good variety, coffe and tea. Staff was really helpful and friendly, please send them my greetings! Hotel is situated in the centre and everything is close. I will definitelly come back and recommend this hotel to my friends.

Review 24：The fridge in the room is closed! The rooms on the 2nd floor are viewless. The wellness facility can be used for extra 200 CK. There is no caffein in the breakfast coffee.
