Review 1：No value for money probably because I was a solo traveler, staff doesn't speak English and only guests that are not form the island are admitted. I'll not stay in this hotel next time I'll be on the island.

Review 2：The room was big and very nice, it was connected to an other one there for I was able to here the people talk.

Review 3：Limited to no English spoken by staff, but that's more our own fault for not speaking Spanish.

Review 4：We stayed here only one night, in transit to Providencia, and the room was fantastic. Big comfortable bed, nice shower, great breakfast. Staff was great too, very friendly. Hotel is right on the busy tourist strip, with access to many restaurants. Lots of noise around, but don't remember hearing any of it from our room. Great stay.

Review 5：Staff all over the place, walking by the pool, maintenance guys with tools, builders bakers, everyone associated with the hotel all walking by the pool area. Rubbish breakfast, same every day. 1 Very rude receptionist, the rest were fine. Don't try and make an international call from your room, you will get the very rude receptionist, even after dialling as instructed on the card at the side of the phone. Would I go back mmmm doubt it.

Review 7：Staff showed hardly any empathy. Most of them were unable to communicate in English, strange for a bilingual island. The airconditioning made a lot of noice, didn't really work and gave humidity in the closet. We had full board, but the quality of the food at the buffet was clearly inferior to the level of the awarded restaurant of the hotel. For the all-in guests a separate bar was forseen. The drinks there were of a poor quality and nothing compared to the drinks at the bar for externals. The cocktails were tasteless. At the moment of the checkout the hotel added automatically 10% tip to the bill of our dinner and the drinks at the bar for externals, although we already tipped tipped waiters cash. After discussion only the added amount was taken off the bill.

They do not meet the reservation policiesbecause according to Booking the hotel was not going to charge meanything in advance, however the did it and charged one night in mycredit card 2 days before check in date. Also, they have a constructionright inside the property and is annoying when you want to rest.Breakfast room is very small and the layout is incredible bad organized.

Review 21：They have a construction nearby and it gets noisy. The construction site spoils the view of some of the rooms. Its all inclusive but you have short timelines for each meal. The bar closes at 10 pm (kind of early), there is no music. You can only get snacks as another meal (from 3pm to 5pm).

The shower in the room was not cleaned properly, some parts were very dirty and clearly not often cleaned. Central location, but it's not a good idea to stay in the city center in San Andres. We were not allowed a late check out (and if we were, it would have been quite expensive). The breakfast included a lot of options, but was not tasty neither healthy.

Reception claimed there are no noise restrictions on the island and refused to help. We had to call the police ourselves and they moved the people on. Just as well we speak Spanish. This hotel is expensive by local standards and I would not recommend it to anybody

Review 43：Be carefull and ask before you eat dinner. Part of the restaurant is included in the price and part with better food not. Nobody informed me about this before, than you have to pay. I could choose other restaurant in case I knew I need to pay. This is really bad and minor point for me in this hotel.

Review 46：-we told the stuff we are coming for our honeymoon, and we didn't get a congrats card or even a botte of proseco -we don't mind the noise from the street but some people might find it anoying -our stay in my opinion should be 2-3 times less expensive, I don't understand why the hotels in Colombia are so expensive in comparison to the rest of the world - the mini bar refeeling people are not keeping their records very well, we were asked to pay for the stuff we didn't consume -the swimming pool is rather a decoration, it is just too small for anyone to use, but the beach is so nice that you probably don't need it anyway

Review 64：Cons;- breakfast was a bit tasteless and boring. - do not buy all inclusive - they have excellent restaurants on the Island close by! - staff was not so welcoming. We had an argument about our beers in the minibar had lost their gas an we thus didnt want to pay for them (and nonetheless drink them), the reception argued shamelessly that such beers was without gas! There no such thing... - we also observed a small physical obuse by the manager in the kitchen area, being obusive to his employee by nearly smacking her finger while she was refilling some buffet basket. That is not OK!

Review 65：Pros;- location was very good right on the beach - rooms were spacious, modern and clean - pool area was nice - though did not use - comfort and quality seems much better than other hotels nearby, as they seem older.

Review 66：the first day, due to the renovation in place, our room smelled paint (a lot) but either we were lucky enough and the smell disappeared quickly or they fixed the problem (we told them). Also, the girls at the reception are just useless, they are unable to provide good advise about the activities on the island and they're just playing dumb when you ask them about the "mandatory" insurance fee that they add to the bill. it was very unprofessional.

Review 67：the hotel was in a great location (in front of the beach behind the promenade) and everything was very well maintained. we loved the big room and the balcony with sea-view. breakfast was also good and changed (slightly) every day.

Review 68：we stayed at in the Casablanca hotel for three nights, July 29 to August 1 the price per night is US $ 240.00 a night, so wait, the service - that is bad and mediocre, good food - there's nothing to tell at home, slavish reception - are hostile, the first day we went to the room, sheets and pillows were stained with blood, I took pictures, also had mold on the wall, took pictures, I'm going to the reception and I ask you to change the linens and clean the black mold, they did, the next day the only one clerk speaks English told me that manchaba the sheets, so I told him if it marks the time when we entered the room and the time of my complaint will notice that these are old smears of dried blood, the same night that they had no water for many hours, couldn't wash the bathroom, the room is very nice, and the location is excellent, the air conditioning is a protector of life, apparently, for the Colombian who know how tire and be given for the same price as a supply of everything, the hotel is ridiculously over priced

Review 70：My wife awoke at 12:30 am from our room 417 complaining about itching on her legs and rear side. After investigating we discovered our sheets were covered with bed bugs. Upon notifying the desk we went thru an hour wait since the auditor did not have an understanding of his inventory. We looked at several other rooms a couple only had twin beds and one not made up. We had reserved a superior room with a balcony but settled after looking at several units appeared to be a clean room. We had made the reservation with our child yet the hotel claimed no knowledge even though we specifically requested a bed for our daughter. We had to wait for the night maintenance man to bring us linen for her in both the first room and the alternative we settled for.

Review 108：The rooms/cabanas near the pool must have been the old portion of the hotel. Bedding was clean but the actual mattress was filthy and appeared to be decades old. Shower water was cold for all but one shower during the 3 days we were there. We were told we had to let the water run for 10 min. to get warm water, but even that only worked once. Wifi was very unreliable.

Review 119：Hotel is under construction/renovation for a 2nd elevator and frontdesk/lobby area so it's very noisy and congested. This hotelgets busy around 2pm for check-in time frame and when guest arrive fromthe airport. With only 1 elevator, expect a little wait for a busyhotel. Had an issue at the hotel restaurant for dinner. My wife and Isat down at a small table (only 3 other couples were inside eating), wewaited for about 5 minutes with nobody coming to our table to offerwater or a wine/cocktail. The waiter was attending to the othercouples but not us. We looked around to see if we could get someone tocome to our table but we were ignored. We got up and started to walk outof the restaurant. The waiter finally noticed us and asked us why wewere leaving. I told him his waiter skills were terrible since nobodyattended to us since we sat down. I spoke with the front desk and made acomplaint about the issue. Shortly after, the chef/manager came andapologized. We never ate at the restaurants to know if the food was evengood. We chose to spend our money at the local restaurants. Be carefulof staying in the tower/building. The adjoining doors are notsealed/framed. You can actually see into the other room through thecracks of the door frame and wall. We could hear every word from theadjacent room as if they were in our room. No privacy! This needs to getfixed asap! People next door spoke loud late at night and could herethem in the bathroom. Sound protection needs to be added to the doorarea. (Room 411). Marble in the shower had black mold by the soap dishand along with pits of the marble. The shower does not get cleaned bythe cleaning ladies at all! Marble is not sealed therefore mold buildsup easily.

Review 120：Modern amenities, free wireless internet with great bandwidth speed(used Skype with no issues), location is great (beach and shopping)steps away. 5 minute taxi ride to the airport. Food was good but nothingspectacular. Staff was very friendly. Go with the all-includedfood/drink plan. Local restaurants are pricey in my opinion. Airconditioning worked great! Room 411 had a nice view of theocean/beach.

Review 121：We arrived at 2;30 and we didn't get a room til 4:00. We kept being told that our room was almost ready and it turned out that our room's AC was broken and so they ultimately had to put us in another room. I think they need to re-work their check in system because it seemed to be a bit messy with a lot of miscommunication.
