Review 1：The setup of the bathroom isn't comfortable by separating the toilet, the lavatory & the shower specially that the lavatory & the shower has no door to the room's lobby which eliminates the privacy specially if you've kids or you're a group of friends, Lack of a kettle or the minibar in the room.

Review 3：This is a nice small hotel close to the lake. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and tastfully furnished. The breakfast is rather good especially for such small hotel. Parking is free on site.

Review 4：No bad experience at all just one small issue and it has nothing to do with the hotel. We visited in September and the town was a bit quiet at night with not much to choose from by way of restaurants. However it would not put us off.

Review 6：A lovely couple running the hotel. Very attentive and they gave good outing and restaurant tips. Very clean, nicely decorated rooms that have everything you need. Excellent breakfast buffet and dining room location (you can sit inside or outside).

Review 7：It was hot and we had no air conditioning. For a summervisit it might be good to check this. They were planning to install it for next summerseason. Brissago was not my favorite town. Too many not too estetic new buildings.

My $100/night single room was large, clean, had a private balcony with lake view, and a great breakfast. The owners couldn't do enough for me. As a single woman, I felt safe at this hotel.

Review 19：We lived for 12 nights and it was a great problem to sleep at night because of the highway connected Switzerland and Italy just below your windows. Extremely noisy at night and at day time and there is no any way to solve this problem - only to change the hotel but Booking.com does not permit to do it.

Review 39：Very welcoming couple who run the hotel. It is obvious that they take very good care of the property and make it a point to ensure that guests are well received and enjoy their stay. A really great value for the location - I sat outside the room on the balcony looking out at the lake. Property is also ~5 minutes walk from the NLM boat dock and 2 minutes from the bus stop that takes you to Locarno train station. A nice breakfast is served, also managed by the couple. They were very hospitable and I would come back, next time with a car!
