Review 1：staff wasn't very nice, when breakfast was closed a few minutes they didn't let me in there to get my husband and kids. And i didn't like the "plastic" on the bed to keep it clean

Review 3：There was nothing bad about this hotel. One room was a little noisy with guests next door, but a quick bang on the door soon sorted it. If I had to find a fault, then it is that availability and prices are hard to determine. I am trying to book for 6 months and 12 months time, yet the site says that it is full. The staff told me however, that they were not ???

Review 4：This is a warm, welcoming hotel. We were slightly wary that there was the hostel word coming up in some descriptions, however this is misleading. It has a great breakfast, a lovely relaxing lounge area and the free pool table was wonderful for the children.

Review 20：There was one staff who didn't really well understand English. She didn't listen to me and just kept saying what she want. And you have to pay extra money for the bed linen. I have stayed a lot of hostels but it was first time to pay for the bed linen so it was a bit annoying. Therefore, you should plus 3-4 euros for the actual cost for staying this hostel.

Review 30：Not quiet enough for me. If I didn't have ear plugs with me, I wouldn't have been able to sleep very well. Traffic outside is one thing (was there in the weekend and it's quite central, so there was some traffic), but my biggest problem is the automatic door closing systems of each room. They shut the doors violently and make a very loud noise. The hotel was fully booked and so you can imagine how many doors kept slamming shut every night.

Review 54：I was upgraded from 6 beds dorm to a private room for free ))) Private room was very good, like IBIS hotel, bathroom was perfect, very clean and new, with shower gel, hair drier, etc... Bed was comfortable, WiFi and TV in the room... There was no kitchen but I could make tea for free in the bar! Location is perfect, 10 min from the central train station, in a good neighbourhood and easy to find
