Review 1：Nothing we would consider bad.

Review 2：We were visiting my mum so liked the close proximity to her and to shopping etc. Only reason cleanliness was rated good instead of excellent is because that white - not sure what it is - dehumidifier? Air purifier ? On wall to right of a/c- the vents on it had not been cleaned in some time-quite visible. We unplugged it.

Review 3：Really needs updating. Still use old room keys with room number! Room not upgraded since built, I'm sure. Decor very dated. Restaurant food and service very very poor. So-called free breakfast was very limited continental breakfast that even my non-picky 12-year-old son would not eat. If you upgrade to hot breakfast you got $5 off. We sent 1/2 meals back uneaten due to taste - and that's a preteen boy! He was begging to eat elsewhere following day.

Review 5：Older facilities need refreshing, musty smell, weird long dark hairs (NOT mine) on pillow, server greeted us at complimentary breakfast by telling us she was taking the food away directly-the food was very basic.

Review 9：The room was filthy. The carpet was so dirty I had to keep my shoes on,towels were dirty and there was a dead bug on the night table. I didtalk to the manager and she reduced my room rate but I was in the"executive" rooms - made me wonder what the"regular" rooms were like

Review 12：We arrived in the evening and the receptionist (I don't know his name) gave us some very good information as to places to eat. On his advice we tried one exceptional restaurant where we had the best fish tacos.

Review 13：I had called and asked if they could accommodate my request for a scent free room. (clean with vinegar, sheets that did not smell of fragrance). The desk staff spoke to the manager and called back and said no they could not accommodate me. So I brought my own vinegar to wash things down. I usually stay in hotels which can accommodate that request. Next time I will find somewhere who can accommodate my request.

Review 14：We are traveling from Vancouver to Sunshine Coast and stayed 1 night at this hotel. And that day was my son's birthday. The Hotel gave my son the birthday card with warm wishes and a small remote control car as the gift when we opened the room door and saw them on the table. The hotel staff is so warm and this is an impressive memory to us! Thank you very much! We definitely will stay here again if coming to this city!

Review 15：This hotel was all false advertisement. The pictures were of the newer rooms that had been redone, however the site advertises that all the rooms have had some renovations. Our room was not very clean will peeling old wallpaper. There had been no obvious renovations within the last decade.

Review 19：It appears that no matter how long you have been waiting to check in, the person who calls to ask about vacancies gets priority. A simple, I'll take your number and call you back would be less rude then making someone who is actually a customer stand and wait longer!

Review 21：The geniality and helpfulness of all the Town Centre staff who helped us tremendously through a sad and difficult time. That we could open the window, and enjoy fresh air as well as view the courtyard.

Review 22：The bed was slightly uncomfortable and on Sundays the restaurant in the hotel closes after breakfast so if you want to dine in for dinner you have to order delivery or takeout from one of the few nearby choices.

Review 26：Totally renovated and feels like it. New carpet, linens and decor is very pleasing. No longer any musty smells or old cigarette smoke odours. I would totally recommend this hotel now.
