Review 5：Awful smell from toilet (septic-like). No restaurant on site (ok breakfast served though) -- restaurant in a hotel next to this hotel didnt allow anybody but their hotel guests to have dinner served between 6-8pm, which was rather troublesome, not customer friendly, and unprofessional not even mentioning no exception was offered given we have little kids and that the restaurant staff was rude. No reception help available after 8pm.

Review 13：Good location (maybe a bit hard to reach if you miss a waypoint), but a perfect starting point for hikers. Enough parking spots right next to the entrance free of charge. Very polite and helpful staff who would go over the top to give you all the info and help you might need. Spacious and clean rooms, the bathroom and toilet seemed brand new. Beautiful mountain view from every room. Free 1 hour access to the nearby pool included. A bar right next to the hotel serves the most favourite local beer Radegast plus a lot of grilled food until very late. The bartender will supply you with board games if you ask =)
