Hotel Artemis sells fast on our site. The family-run Artemis is located in the centre of Saas Fee and offers bright rooms with a balcony and a flat-screen satellite TV.
The Alpin Express Cable Car is an 8-minute walk away from the Artemis. Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire hotel, and guests can use a ski storage room which is located at the cable car station.
A freshly prepared breakfast, consisting of homemade and regional products, is served daily.
Guests also receive a 15% discount on the ski rental for the entire winter season. The ski rental shop is located next to the slopes.
From June to October, guests enjoy free use of public transport and the cable cars of the Saas Valley (except the Metro Alpin Cable Car), while from October to April, guests enjoy free use of public transport and several discounts and benefits in the region.

Review 2：Hotel staff was very nice and would come pick you up at the ski lift with all of your ski gear. Saas fee is a nice ski town. Lots of good restaurants. Rooms are simple, but comfortable.

The room had great views of the surrounding mountains & a very nice balcony. The hotel offered a shuttle service to the bus station & ski lifts and the room key doubles as a lift pass saving guests the deposit as well!

Review 12：Breakfast coffee was cold and from a machine. It would have been nicer to be given a pot of coffee. The beds were a bit narrow and no way of separating the twin beds in the superior room my sister and I shared.

Review 18：We stayed in this hotel while on a family ski vacation for 4 nights. The staff were helpful in answering all our questions and making dinner reservations. The breakfast were filling and tasty with a wide selection. The location was a short walk from the bus terminal and the slopes. The coffee and hot chocolate available in the lobby at all times was a nice surprise. My only complaint is that I thought I read there was access to a hot tub at a neighboring hotel, but this was not the case. But even so, we were very pleased with the hotel. We would love to come back to the Hotel Artemis!

Review 19：Weak wifi signal in bedroom. Cleaning lady can enter the room very early, so remember to put up the 'Do Not Disturb' sign before sleeping.

Review 47：Great location in the village especially as the hotel has a ski room right next to one of the main lifts. We had a family room which was effectively two connected rooms that worked very well for us. Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly and helpful

Review 48：The rooms were rather stark. One of our rooms had a linoleum floorand no decoration at all. The spa in the neighboring hotel Europa isnot very good. The hot-tub is not very hot. The steam rooms are notvery good (your head is hot and legs are cold). The re are slopedparts to the floor that are very slick (my daughter fell one time)and finally the relaxation lounge is up a staircase that is veryslick wood, so again be careful! And that lounge is quite chilly whenone is in a bathrobe.

Review 49：The hotel is clean, no frills. The staff and owner were very friendlyand always available to help. Saas Fee is a lovely car-free town withgood skiing for the whole family and for every skill level.

Review 50：Very little really. The WiFi is free although didn't quite reach toour room properly, possibly the furthest room from the transmitter. Thereal problem though was the totally inadequate bandwidth anywhere andeverywhere such that only for example at 7-8am when others are stillasleep etc., can you send and receive much more than text. This is apity and sadly and a state of affairs so often seen in establishmentsoffering it for free. I ended up using 3g instead as that was much moresatisfactory.

We had great time there and, even though, the resort is car free, you really don't miss it as the hotel staff would drive you to the slopes and back with all the ski equipment. Really nice ! The breakfast was super delicious and the coffee so tasty ! The rooms very clean and big with a huge balcony. Being full of snow, the resort was like a fairy tale ! Review 54：the staff were amazingly helpful. they came to pick us up from the station, even though it was late at night. they gave us lots of advice and helped us with every need. when we left they carried our stuff to the station by foot!

Review 60：the spa is not in the hotel and you need to walk somewhere out side. the open it only 4 hours a day ( as sep 12). nothing exciting with the dysign and as it was in Switzerland we excpected to see more swiss people working în the hotel. as most of the guests and most of the staff were germans, we felt a bit bizzar. otherwise, specially if it is your first time in saas fee, i would say that it is a good place to stay.

Review 64：Everything about our stay was excellent. The customer service was perhaps the best we have received at a hotel in Switzerland - each person working at the hotel was friendly and helpful - management, front desk, dining room, and maids. The breakfast was typical for CH but very fresh and all food sourced locally and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel also has spa facilities on-site which was very nice after a long day of hiking. The other nice surprise was that the hotel provides its guests with a pass so that the Saas Fee lift system and buses in the valley were free for the weekend.

Review 65：The parking: is not close to the hotel (200 m), but the luggage waskindly transported by our host in a little electric car. Parking is 9to 13,5 chf.

Review 66：Perfect location in a authentic mountain town with no cars (justelectric ones). You can see the mountains from the balcony. Thebreakfast was excellent just like the staff. The room is big and wellthought, bathroom with shower was clean. Very important : cable carsrides come free with your hotel stay...

We used the Hotel Spawhich was nice and humble. We don't ski so we didn't use the Ski passgiven by the hotel for free. The Room had a great view and Balcony andwe ate at a lovely Italian restaurant recommended to us by the otherreception guy (who was also very nice). It is in the centre of thissmall and lovely city and worth every chf we paid.

Review 71：We spent a wonderful Easter weekend at Artemis. Everyone at the hotel was very helpful and friendly and they made every guest feel welcome and comfortable. We did not ski but Artemis also has a ski room across from the main lift which is really convenient. Breakfast was delicious. We had a standard room which was spacious and had a nice balcony. Beds are very comfortable. Bathroom was immaculately clean. Spa & Wellness next door in Hotel Europa was very relaxing and we really enjoyed it. I could not have picked a better hotel for our weekend and would not hesitate to come back.

Review 83：It is the second time I went back to this hostel and I really it has become one of my favourite hotel! There are all the services of a 4 start hotel (rather than 3*) : nice rooms, a really friendly staff, nice breakfast, good spa, a ski deposit close to the pists and the opportunity to buy the ski pass directly in the hotel. In addition, we could go back after skiing (even if we had already left the room) to take a shower in the spa area and go back home. I encourage everyone to go to this hotel! Beautiful!

And even at end of skiing too. Thebreakfast is a great array of foods and fresh omelette and coffeespecially made.Room is quite sapcious and very clean. Review 85：It is a little way from the main ski lift, the hotel does provide alocker down by the main lift so this makes things easier. However it isstill a bit of a trek from here if you need to get to the beginnersslopes and ski school meeting place. But its not really a huge problemin the grand scheme of things. The hotels plus points make up for this!
