Review 1：The cloud and the rain. Lol

Review 2：The views would have been great but for the rain and the low cloud. Got a couple of glimpses when the clouds parted for a few minutes.

Review 3：The beds are horribly uncomfortable , We came there to get some real rest & The matress was physically way to hard so we both woke up with back pain instead relief. The chairs on the balcony as well are cold & out of metal and there's no pillow to really sit with pleasure. As a lot of couples come there , The house should invest in Big mattresses with no gap inbetween. Up to then couples who don't cuddle any more are best here. The water in the shower needed patience if one likes a hot shower. No blankets for an evening outside.

Review 5：there was no parking available for our car when we arrived and at night, when we came after our dinner. Moreover, the hotel is more expensive that it should be. The breakfast could be a lot better for the money you pay for a room in this hotel.

Review 10：The only negative was the lack of information in English, but i guess as we appeared to be the only English people in the hotel this may be the reason.

Review 12：Parking is a problem in the open space above the hotel, few spaces. Although there is a garage there is a charge. There is no information in English, daily events, menus etc. German is spoken in this area.

Review 23：Booked this hotel in Brisago thinking it was in Italy, but it's in Switzerland, and those 2km make for a very Swiss experience. Brisago is small and very quiet town most night everything closes by 10pm. So it's not a very lovely venue.

Review 25：The size of the room. Had a very large balcony. Very friendly staff, breakfast was excellent, they had everything, best cappuccino maker ever. Rainer, the hotel manager was very helpful and was always there to make everything perfect. 10 minutes to Ascona, yet a better location for privacy and peace. The area by the lake was beautiful, with excellent restaurants within walking distance. Gabietta was our favorite, less than a block away right on the water

Review 27：Very nice hotel, set back from lakeside. Fantastic lake/mountain views from balcony. Balcony is well furnished with two loungers plus table and chairs. Very comfortable, spacious and tastefully decorated room with lounge area. Room immaculately kept. Garden/pool area very well maintained. We loved eating breakfast by the pool on the sunny mornings.. Dining space very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our first night's gourmet dinner. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Greatly appreciated a personal email from the Manager before our arrival asking if there was anything we needed in advance. Limited free parking adjacent to hotel otherwise you can put car in hotel garage (subject to prior reservation and payment). A good choice for us!

Review 28：We enjoyed everything and we would have liked to stay longer. Place is absolutely wonderful, peaceful, quiet, in a fantastic location on the "Lago Majore" lake shore and only 10 minutes drive to Ascona
