Review 1：A room which we initially got had reeked of cigarette smoke. We got moved to another one which had a decent view. On return to the original room a couple days later (room 8) which was necessitated due to hotel being heavily booked we had to endure room depressive darkness...

Review 5：I had stayed at the Hotel Astras once before just over 4 years, which was a very favorable experience, as was my most recent visit.The friendly receptionist remembered me from my previous visit and gave me a regional guest pass, which entitled me to free transport on buses and trains for two days and saved me about 50 CHF in transport costs when I travelled by bus through neighboring Austria and Italy en route to my next stop,Zernez.The hotel is connected to the local spa and I was also given a complimentary guest pass for it, which I really appreciated, after having been in transit for 11 hours the day I arrived.The rest of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful and I had a nice "room with a view", which was very comfortable, and the complimentary bottle of mineral water and fresh fruit in the room were welcomed features.

Review 6：all other staff except the owner do not want to tailor my needs. this is a 3 star hotel but i cannot even find a kettle for hot water. when i asked for hot water, the staff was very unhappy but the owner asked her to do it for me. Also, they do not speak / speak very little english. they showed annoyed when i could not speak German / French.
