Review 1：Parking space can be hard to find if one arrives at the worst time. Language can be a problem, but with writing, drawing and sign language this was no problem.

Review 3：I had no bad experience but I can imagine that parking could be a challenge in daytime. landlord was very friendly but speaks only Czech which I do not....so fortunately no reason to talk a lot :-)
