Review 1：There is no covered passage between apartments and spa.
Review 2：It is near the spa. If you book in the apartments, you have unlimited thermal park time. Beds are firm and comfortable, and apartments are beautiful in the quirky Swiss chalet style.
Review 3：No grocery stores in walking distance. We were charged for a massage that has been cancelled an hour in advance, although we were able to make 5 sessions out of 6 within 2 days. This was very disappointing and led to the situation where the hotel won the money but lost a customer.

Review 7：My 17 year old daughter and I loved our stay. We had a studio apartment with a loft. It was very cozy and clean. Since we were in the valley we looked straight out at the mountain side of autumn trees just beginning to change colors, it was beautiful!. We enjoyed all the pools, steam room and saunas, they were very relaxing. We borrowed a foundou pot from the front desk (50 swiss frank deposit) and made our own fondou. The grocery store is about 5 train stops away in Champery, right next to the train stop. We bought premade fondou cheese, baguette, apples and carrots, plus other food and drink items. The kitchen was well stocked. We did have pizza from the restaurant, it was also delicious. The staff was very nice. We asked for early check in and late checkout,. Both were granted. Also, it was my daughter's bday and we were upgraded to the loft for her birthday. That was very nice!!! If I am ever in that area again, I will definitely return.

Review 11：The location is stunning, the appartments are spacious, the thermal baths are magical. Everything is extremely well looked after. Our appartment balcony overlooked a river.
Review 12：The 'resort' if you like is a bit old with no facilities for little children. No paddle pool for the kids or kids club made it difficult to have any alone time. Also the flies were a constant bother in the apartment with hoards of them coming in when the doors / windows opened. I would carry citronella candles!
Review 13：The front desk were very accommodating with our stay. I thought I had booked a 2BR apt for my family, but turned out to be a "two room" apt which had one bedroom and a living room which was considered as a 'room'. This was easily rectified by the Reservation Manager Ms Irene who was very helpful and charged a little extra but gave us a comfortable apt for our family which made our stay better.

Review 16：No small shop within walking distance, but in the village Val D'Illiez 2 minutes drive away good supermarket and bakery. Quiet location so not for those who want night life. Kids under 16 not allowed in sauna part of the thermal facilities.

Underground parking with lift to flat. 2 minutes walk to natural thermal baths great for parents and kids with free access included in the rental. 10 minutes easy drive from ski lift Grand Paradis with free parking with access to Portes du Soleil massive ski domaine.

Review 26：No bad experiences. Points to note, 15 minute drive to Morgins to the ski area but roads were empty. It is £60 for a family of 4 per 3 hrs to use the spa facilities but our was included as we were residents.
Review 27：The pool area both inside and out was fantastic, laying on a jacuzzi bed outside in The warm water as the snow was falling was amazing. Great place to relax after skiing. Apartment 4233 was fantastic, fully stocked kitchen, free wifi and lots of space. Inside parking was handy

The sofa bed in the living room is of poor quality and is no better than a cabin bed with a poor quality roll out camp bed. In effect it slept 4 in comfort and 2 in no comfort . One of us ended up sleeping on the sofa .I don't think that paying £1500 for a week is good value when one person sleeps on a sofa

Review 43：1. The handling of an "accident" was unacceptable. There was poop in the water. We saw a woman complaining and pointing (we didn't know why at first) but the staff member just stood there looking for it. We thought she might have lost something. Around fifteen minutes later we saw poop floating around. We complained and the staff person remarked irritably that "management had been informed". They should have cleared the pool at once and asked us all to go to the outdoors pool. There were children swimming and swallowing water. Unacceptable for a "spa". I wonder how clean the water really is?2. Random opening hours. When we arrived on a Saturday, we were told they were open during the week until 8:00 pm, and the hours listed on the spa door confirmed it. However, when we timed our daily outing to give ourselves an hour and a quarter swim at the end of the day, we discovered the pool closed at 7:00pm. It turned out they switched the times from 8:00 to 7:00 at a certain date in August, and the hours had now changed! Why didn't they inform us? A paper slipped under our door saying the opening times would be changing would have been great, or even simply a large sign on the spa door warning us that the times were about to change would have been helpful. We felt cheated. 7:00 pm is very early to close an indoor pool even in a normal hotel, let alone a spa. It doesn't open until 10:00 either which is ridiculously late if you want an early swim. There were lots of people, too, so it wasn't as if it was empty. We felt as if they were saving money at our expense.3. There is a shower in one bathroom, and a shower over the bath. There were six of us so we used both, but as the bath had no screen and no curtain, the bathroom flooded. How much would it cost to add a shower curtain?4. There was supposed to be a washing machine in the basement but the only way to use it was to buy a card for around SFr 30!!
Review 44：We stayed in a lovely ground floor apartment next to the river. Very soothing to listen to the water going by. Kitchen is small but is decently equiped with enough for cooking. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Location is in a valley surrounded by mountains. The actual thermal baths were very pleasant and relaxing (if you ignore below). Sauna and hammam were wonderful after a long day's hike.

Review 46：Lovely apartments, very clean and great view. Apartment had 2 balconies, beds very comfortable. Pool complex and sauna excellent and warm - both inside and out. I managed to fracture my clavicle on mountain bike and staff were very helpful. The young lady who was there when we checked in was the most helpful we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with and was very willing to help with any questions during our stay. Recommended ++++
Review 47：some of the staff aren't friendly. there is kind of racism there is a building only for arabic people. also you can't use the swimming pool if you ware islamic cloth finally it is very difficult to get to the location if you don't have a car and the road is very narrow

Review 50：Everything was perfect. We had a fantastic spacious room with an amazing view on the entire valley. The room was very clean and very comfortable with fully equipped kitchen. Our car was parked underground and the access to our apparment was very easy (big lift, no problem with big bags). Free access to Thermal baths is already worth big money. We were there each day at the openning and being alone in those great thermal pools/jacuzzi is priceless (it was late August, low season). Highly recommend.

Review 95：When it comes to services: they will never do an extra mile for anyone, but the usual "take it or leave it" approach - common in Switzerland. No shower gel or shapoo available, no towels provided in the SPA, no veggies for breakfast, etc..Temperature in apartment was extremely high (despite the cold season) and heating had no temperature controler at all. Had to ask multiple times for a mechanic person to come and adjust heating, but never managed to properly resolve issue - we all suffered of the dry and hot air. (windows could not be left open due to young children). Apartment was in a different building than the SPA facility, requiring us to walk over and back, dressed up in the cold.

Review 97：There is not much night life around the hotel. You will also to drive at least 5-10 mins to get to the closest grocery store to buy food. I also wished they had provided small soaps and shampoo in the hotels. Their restaurant is quite small with the basic food and the food selection is not big.

Review 109：Steep 10min uphill walk to train stop. Walk from outside to Spa, can be longish depending your apartment location. The bed in the studio is not that comfort sofa-bed.

The double bed was too small, and the sofa-bed was not good even for our two children, and not even for two adults (the apartment was for 4 adults -we were parents with children). There was no heating in the bed room, so in the winter it is a quite cold room.
