Review 1：* No elevator --- staff helps with luggage * Stairs are a bit steep * They used to have Scuol spring water in the room, but not this time. (You have to taste it to understand.)

Review 3：The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner (regional food) were excellent and the dining room was charming. The hotel is located in the beautiful old part of town. We liked the small size of the hotel. Very relaxing.

Review 5：The room in the annex was big, comfortable, and quiet. The dining room decor was cosy. The welcome on arrival was excellent.

Review 6：Our first day, we were in the room with the door locked and the housekeeper, without even knocking, opened our door. We had to scream for her to not enter, as we were not dressed. We had the room key with us, so there was no reason for her to assume that we were not in there.

Review 11：The rooms have no balconies nor lovely views.So if you wish for either, it would be better to stay further up the hill.

Review 12：A quiet location in the heart of the old town,which is appealing for walking around and getting quickly on to forest trails.Delicious breakfast buffet.The room was cosy and very clean and had a nice table and chairs which made having simple snacks in the room a delight.Most of the staff were polite and helpful,but it is not a hotel for quests wishing for a lot of personal attention.Easy 5 minute walk to the Thermalbad and the main shopping street.

Review 14：Since we had not been to the Hotel or the area before we were pleasantly surprised! We really cannot say anything bad about the Hotel, Staff, Service or location. We are definitely going back!

Review 15：I really cannot fault this hotel but i'd say the stube for dinner isa bit small but cosy.

Review 16：The hotel is lovely and quaint in a good location and within walkingdistance to the centre and 10 steps to the bus stop which takes you tothe ski lift. The staff are friendly and the rooms are spacious(no.16) and comfortable. It has been recently renovated 2011 andeverything is well maintained. The breakfast is european and more thanenough adn the bread and croissants are fresh and flaky.The staff arepolite and helpful.
