Review 1：There are no possibilities of getting a second key. If you go for breakfast and you want to charge your phone you need to leave the key in the socket and ask the staff to open the room. It is uncomfortable.

Review 32：I felt that corners were cut with cleaning. The rooms were not exactly dirty, but you could see some stains in the bathroom as well as on other surfaces in the room. The worse however was the fact that the non-smoking room had unfortunately been used as a smoking room by some guests so the house keeping was trying to hide the smell with some ultra intense air refreshener. In the end I wasn't sure which was worse - the smell of smoke or the refreshener.

I call reception minimum 6 times for asking iron no one answer after that 7th call they answered and they said okay we arrange and sent to your room but unfortunately i didn't get iron and i call after 8 times reception and they said we check with housekeeping after that i went down to ask them and they call to housekeeping and they said they don't have iron available and i surprised and i ask them i call 9 times and i,m waiting from 3:30 to now 5:00 PM, should you inform me no iron available and i ask them to talk with Duty Manager they didn't allow. 2.)I make cleaning room service notice but nobody notice and after i inform them with my own to clean room they said okay after when i come back from out near 9:30 PM, room not cleaned i,m totally surprised and dis-pointed.

Review 37：No warm water to bath. Water was luke warm. Didnt give us password for wifi. Refused to give it to us over the phone. We were already in bed and had no wifi during our stay there.

Review 45：Very disappointed that I used the laundry service twice first time was 13th November and I paid the bill at reception. I had another bill of 76AED a week or so later, when I went to check out I was charged a second time for the first bill. Because I did not keep the receipt I had to pay again, which means that either the reception money was over by the amount of my first bill or someone has been dishonest. This is the reason I would not stay again. I am staying at the Bin Majid tower having booked in for 3 months but I will not return to Nehal until this is investigated and my money returned. It is not a lot but it is a principal

Review 46：The staff on valet parking, housekeeping and security where very helpful. while reception were very pleasant there was an incident during check out which I found unsettling and they let themselves down by not investigating.

Review 48：Anythjng more than 2 small bottles of water per day was chargeable and the price made no sense. The same for refilling the coffee tray too....one additional tea bag costs 10 aed. That's absurd. The reception staff during the day needs to learn how to smile and welcome the guest. They act as if I had come to stay for free on their property.

Review 50：Parking is a huge problem. On arrival, we had to wait 30mins for the valet to assist us. Parking is only in public area and got a dent on my door leaving it there. Only ate food from the hotel during our stay and got ill on the second day stay spending most of my time in the bathroom. However, cannot confirm that this was due to the food or something else.

Staff at reception said customers should not expect a 5-star service in a 3-star hotel. I don't believe only 5 star hotels have fast check-ins. This is the first time I ever waited for 30-45 mins just for check-in. Rooms are stinky and dirty. The hotel looks old because it has not been maintained properly. Would never stay again.

Review 110：i indicated in my booking that i will be paying cash upon check in. UNFORTUNATELY couple of days prior to my check in, I got a message from my bank that my booking for the hotel was charged in my account. When i checked in, i confronted the reception about it but he just said that the amount charged was somewhat "on hold" and if i pay cash upon check in that amount will reflect back in my bank account after about 2 weeks... which i think is a hassle on my part. doing the follow up on my bank about it after sometime is too hassle. so in short i agreed that my bill will be charged on my credit card. I had previous bookings on other hotels but this never happend. I always chose the option of cash upon check in because i dont want to use my credit card. so whats the point of chosing that option for Nehal Hotel if they will go ahead and charge it without me agreeing.:( so disappointed!
