Hotel Europa is situated in a slightly elevated position in the centre of Saas Fee, with a beautiful view of the Saas Mountains and glaciers. It features a modern spa area. Most rooms have a balcony.

Hotel Europa provides a free shuttle bus service to the ski slopes (except on Saturdays) in the winter months.
Upon arrival, guests will receive a pass providing the following benefits: During Summer (June to October), public transport and the cable cars in the Saas Valley (except the Metro Alpin) can be used free of charge (not valid for Summer skiing). In Winter (October to April), public transport is free and discounts are offered for several activities.

Review 1：The staff was fantastic and made the stay very comfortable and pleasant for us. We enjoyed the hotel very much. The room was very spacious and clean. And the spa was lovely.
Review 2：Hotel Europa, which is located in one of the nice zones of Saas Fee with nice views from the balcony, offers a comfortable stay and excellent staff who listen to your needs and help you out. They also offer a shuttle service in the morning to the slopes, and offer you a ski locker nearby the entry to the slopes. Very convenient!
Review 3：Ski storage in another hotel close to the lifts including shuttle is a good idea but storage room is used by many different hotels and guests, no lockers available. Other guest´s skiing boots were missing one morning.
Review 4：Shuttle Service excellent. The hotel is a complex of three different Hotels. The room was big and comfortable, the furniture and bathroom old fashioned. Breakfast is all right. Wellness facilities are ok but shared by at least two hotels, therefore too crowded. Young kids were running in and out the sauna and hammam unattended.

Review 9：We had a nice family room on the top floor of the Garni annex. The food was excellent and the wine list was fairly priced for Switzerland. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times.

Review 14：We didn't feel that this is a four star hotel - a middle of the range three star but not four. We found the hotel noisy. Our room was next to the integrated building of the telecabin next door and during the day (up until 5 0'clock) we heard clearly the telecabin motor and the clanking of the cabins as they loaded and offloaded passengers just the other side of the room wall. Our room also partly looked over a building site. The noise from both stopped us resting during the day! The breakfast, was basic, and we thought poorly presented. A small but important point was that the rooms had sliding doors to the bathrooms - and in the night the banging of the doors as people used the bathrooms woke us up many times. While we love Saas Fee, we will not go back to this hotel.
Review 15：Friendly and welcoming staff. We were given a nice welcome on arrival. .Clean and well run, it had a good position reasonably close to the town centre. Pleasant view of the mountains from room and balcony.
Review 16：We arrived at about 21:00, the dinner they prepared for us has beenwaiting in our room, the cold salad tasted nice, but not a good pricefor 54chf/2 person.ps.Their restaurant was quite good,in which the next day we had enjoyed our table dinner with good service.
