Review 47：Numerous requests to staff were ignored or completed with long delays. When we wanted to discuss this matter with the manager, we were told he would call the next day. Did not happen. He never even made the effort to reach out to us. Very disappointing for the kind of money we payed.

Review 50：Location we didn't like at all very far from everything! Definitely stay at a hotel in the Wall. We had to change rooms when we got there late at night, because they gave us two separate beds even though they clearly knew we are couple since we were celebrating our wedding. The guy told us that our breakfast is included, then it turned out to be not included, however they refunded back the money after a lot of hassle. When we wanted to check out we asked the lady if we can checkout at 2:00 PM instead of 1:00 PM since that is what was written in our booking, she said no you have to check out at 12:00 PM I don't care what your reservation says, and if you stay a minute after 12:00 we will charge you an extra night. That completely ruined the whole experience, and just made us hate the hotel and not ever wanting to come back especially that it is a bit pricy, not worth it at all. Plus don't ask for tooth paste because they will end up charging you without giving you notice.
