Review 1：The only drawback is there is no elevator. Our room was on the 3rd floor and it was a struggle for my husband. But it was worth it!
Review 2：EVERYTHING! The hospitality was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this property. Great place to be near the Mosel and Burg Eltz.
Review 3：There is nothing to criticise about the hotel. It was only a shame that the town was so deserted, but in season it must have a better feel.
Review 4：In November Bad Bertrich is practically deserted, but we had a warm welcome here. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for lunch when we arrived, but we had an excellent evening meal and a very good breakfast the next morning. The room was spacious with a separate living-room and a good bathroom. There is plenty of storage space for people who want to stay longer.

Review 6：Lovely spa location by a small lake with swans. Gentle walks rising slowly around interestingly semi circular wooded valley, we guess formed from a long extinct volcano. Well worth a visit.

Review 12：The staff is very helpfull, they really make you feel its important for them to hava a great stay. The place is adorable , with a little lake and gardens around. The hotel is exactly what we were looking for in the area , charming, very German Style, but yet modern inside the rooms. Perfectly clean also. Graet dinner and breakfast. Absolute silence to sleep.
Review 13：They are anxious to avoid 7% credit card charges, so only accept Maestro card payments. Visa Debit was not acceptable, which caused embarrassment on both sides. There's an auto-teller two minutes up the road, so it wasn't a major problem
Review 14：The location is beautiful, and the surroundings are very restful.The owners are very anxious to help, without being intrusive. We rarely re-visit a hotel, we shall come back to this one.
