Review 7：Don't turn up before 15:00, no one is there! This is only a minor gripe in what was an excellent stay but when you're paying around 500 Swiss francs for 2 nights it would be nice if someone was there during the day.

Review 9：there was one issue we had with the bed.. the double bed has two seperate single matresses on that constantly slipped apart and off either side of the bed, leaving a big hole on the middle! Minor issue though and definitely not one to worry too much about!

Review 10：We stayed in the new part of the hotel. It's a gorgeous building with amazing rooms.. the view, the bath!!, the overall design and high standard of finish.. all wonderful!

Review 11：The hotel was a bit stark. On the new side, there was a lot of concrete, on the older side, where we stayed, a lot of wooden floors which was fine, except when we took one step into the room, it felt like the floor was really unstable, including the balcony.

Review 13：I had a wonderful time at Hotel Arnica! The room, terrace and view were in one word: magnificent! Great breakfast buffet to get the day started with a lot of excellent local products. And after a long day of hiking, nothing beats the sunny rooftop terrace and the wellness area to relax and (in my case) recover ;) To top it off, the lovely family owners made me feel very welcome and were very helpful. I'm definitely coming back here!

Review 14：The room was somehow expensive, and we were charged 8 CHF for using one of the "Senses Chair" (or something like this) in the Wellness. We were not told that when we were given the tour of the Wellness. I assume it is probably written somewhere in a prices list, but it's not easy to see unless you specifically look for it.

Review 15：On the top of my list are the surroundings and the views from the room. Breakfast was quite good also. The Spa facilities are great, and the view from the sauna is probably one of the best sauna views you'll ever have. They also offered us an early check-in for free, which was very nice.

Review 20：We really were amazed about the facilities. The spa area was a dream, with one of the nicest saunas ever, with a spectacular view into the mountains. Perfect place to spend the evening after a workout day on the skiing slopes. We would stay there again anytime. A special thank you to the family who owns and runs this hotel, for their hospitality and atmosphere they created.

Review 23：The location makes it difficult to get to the ski area. The public bus takes you all around the city before going to the ski area, even though the stop is closest to the ski area in the loop. It gets crowded with local oldsters giving you dirty looks because you have ski equipment, even though I think it was called the "sport bus."

Review 25：Showed up at 14:00 to drop bags and explore Scuol. Not a soul around, despite searching the whole property. Also, when I expressed displeasure that the room wasn't the view room I thought I had booked (beware the North facing nomenclature), was not offered an upgrade, even though I was prepared to pay. Lastly, when checked booking.com for room rate for possible upgrade, saw a far superior room for less than the old annex non-view room I had booked. Felt ripped off.

Review 28：We've just spent 1 weekend in Scuol and I was fascinated by the design of Hotel Arnica. We booked the Suite, since the price was a romantic weekend. I have to admit, although the price looks high, it's worth it!!! A big apartment, well designed and with high end furnitures, a fantastic view on the valley and on the village of Scuol, a private terrace and also a fabulous bathtub both valley view! The owners welcomed us in a very nice way and we felt always welcome. Breakfast was really good, with lots of fresh and healthy food. Many kind of bread, fresh yoghurt, ham, eggs, cereals, honey, jams, and so on... Definitely we will come back again!

The very good tourist hospitality and particularly the effort to speak in my language ( rare in Switzerland even in hotels).The exceptional cleanliness of the place. The breakfast was superb.

Review 32：There is is a really nice view on the mountains but also on an iceskating court and some industrial rubbish I didn't really like. Checkout at 11h without the option of using spa as it only opens in the afternoon is not ideal. Bar is a bit empty, not too much athmosphere

Review 53：The cost for a night is pretty pricey, but hey - it's Switzerland! Also, the hotel does not have a restaurant of their own. But really - I do not have any complains about this hotel, it must be experienced!

Review 54：I've been to about sixty countries, staying at numerous hotels, and I for one cannot believe that this is only a three star hotel!? We stayed in a superior room, which was large, modern and very clean, and the view from the balcony was simply stunning. Staff was also very helpful and professional, everything about our stay was really great!

Review 57：Not enough Client service for a 3* Hotel: reception closed between 12and 3pm! Simple drop of our luggage to the station (4 mins drive fromthe Hotel) prior to taking the train after skiing was difficult toorganise and then forgotten! We almost missed the train as we had tocall to remind them...Why invest so much money in a great hotel building and not in corresponding staff to provide an appropriate client service?
