Review 1：staff did not help with our suggestions , as an example our room was leave opened unlock 2 times after the cleaning ( lucky we didn't lose anything)

Also, the gentleman that introduced us to the room for the first time didn't know much about air conditioner. He left it to turn on and off so we had a horrible first night due to the heat. So the next day, we call the staff and they fixed it for us. They were very helpful and generous people. Another issue was that the shower door broke. It went out of place but that really wasn't a big deal. I just started laughing because so many issues were happening one after the other. But overall, I loved the place, it was very welcoming. .

Review 28：There is a lot of construction next door so it ruins the view. The elevator is a night mare.

Review 30：Everything was really poor with the exception of the nice staff. This hotel is way too expensive for the poor and run down facilities it offers. Bathroom was next to a machine room and without any air conditioning. Internet broke down all the time. Escalator didn't work well. Breakfast was fair. I would never ever go to this hotel again.

Review 35：Very filthy condition of the hotel, no real maintainance for years. Construction work next door, meaning dirt everywhere especially in the pool which has not been cleaned. Breakfast was ok. And the promised sea view room was only a room with a view to the garbage bins. Worst value for money hotel I've ever been to!
Review 36：Next to the hotel is huge construction-means noise& dust at daytime. Hotel does not have its own beach, and guys who are selling sun beds and umbrellas on public beach (guards as they said) cheating with pricing, the lighter skin you have, the more you asked to pay :( Hotel staff speaks very very poor English- however somehow if we needed to fix something in the room- service guys were arriving in 5 min, so they did their best. Then, be aware about level of noise in the room- all conditioners engines on each floor are set near the elevator, and we changed 3 rooms before we found quiet one, in first 2 ( floors 6 and 7) we had an impression that we have to sleep in a factory machine shop! Last but not least- there are no hair-dryers in the rooms, which is strange for sea-side hotel!
Review 37：Hotel is on the first line from the sea, on Bocagrande beach which is 5 min on taxi from city center. Rooms are big and clean, conditioning working perfectly. Breakfast is quite good-eggs, bakery, fruits, yogurts etc.
Review 38：Design of the building needs strong air conditioning system to cool even the corridors not only the rooms as the place is too hot while the building is poorly ventilated due to it's construction design
