Review 1：The room we got looked a little old, especially the bathroom. It would be ok in general but not for the price I was charged. | got disappointed, because I chose a little pricier option on booking.com for the days I was in Saas Fee because I really wanted that particular weekend to be special.

Review 2：I loved the spa and the massages - they had great masseuses I liked the breakfast - really nice. Good location.

Review 8：Nice reception on arrival, very good spa facilities for a hotel and free to hotel guests. Contray to other reports i found the pool temperature correct (warmer would be unhygenic). Right in saas fee centre. Nice rooms and good breakfast selection.

Review 12：It was not possible to book a table in the Lieblings restaurant becausethere were not enough people. Then it was not possible to book a tablefor dinner in the common dining room at the time we wanted, thereceptionist instisted it had to be 30 minutes earlier. For a Gourmethotel, this is a bit disappointing. The rooms are nothing special, Iexpected much more for the price.

Review 13：The spa is very nice. The shuttle bus from the hotel to the ski liftsworks perfectly.

Review 14：The rooms were a little disappointing for the style of the rest of the hotel. We had a double and a single and the single was very small and a little basic. The spa was nice but the hot tubs were a little disappointing.
