Review 1：the rooms were a little outdated and could use some renovation. I saw a couple of insects on the room, but I guess that is normal because of the island, also I believe is a little bit pricey!

Review 2：I really liked the hotel staff, very professional and willing to help with a smile, also the location right on the beach away from the crowds.

Review 3：- The service has a lot to improve. We asked airport pick up, no one showed. One day there were only towels to go to the beach at 10:30 am. Other day they change towels in the room but didn't put hand towels, we request them and we were told they didn't have. The breakfast is very poor. But may be there aren´t better places in the island. I´m european and my padrons are higher.

Review 5：Dirty towels, dirty bathroom, dirty pool, dirty loungers, forget the breakfast. Musty rooms, tv did not work. Confirmed late check out was charged and when we refused to pay they wanted to call the police!

Review 8：The beach is nice, close to coral reef so you can do snorkel 200m from the hotel. Breakfast is ok and you can enjoy nice fish while your kids play in the sand. City center is at only 15000 COP by taxi or 1000 COP by bus (30m frequency)

Review 10：Hmmmm.....it all just worked! The place, the staff, the sea and the wind. Quiet, away from the party beaches. Plenty of smiling staff to meet any need.

Review 11：Stay was amounting to $250 per day which was a lot for the quality of food and amenities offered. Staff is really polite and sweet but too slow, i mean snail slow. some of the staff is clueless, as if they just started working today. Restaurant servers are acting like some kind of older aunt that is doing you a favor by serving you. They are friendly but in a condescending way. They also openly made an anti-Colombian comment to me about other customers, being that I am NOT Colombian or Spanish speaking, but that was awkward. After all I am in vacation so i don't need negativity. hotel is reasonably well mantained given the tropical climate, but there are points which need cleaning/repairs/update, mainly in the corners or out of the main route of the room. (OK, like, please, dust the top of the bed headboard- if you are doing daily room service you cant allow the 1/4 " dust to build up there!) Pool wasn't working for the first two days, and when mentioned, nothing was offered to improve the experience or make up for the inconvenience. they never apologized, merely said that they will try to fix it quickly because they know we want to jump into that pool! for animal lovers there is a sad sight of several unkempt dogs and cats begging for food at each mealtime.While I love animals and was trying to feed the obviously starved dogs,hotel should either euthanize the dogs or give them vet care and a collar and call them a pet. Your civilized clients will appreciate that touch. lastly,food had a few good items but was overall very mediocre. Obviously, on a tropical island, fresh fish should be expected, but all fish was coming in FROZEN, from afar!

Es justo que se le invierta a la propiedad, así como cada año se ajustan los precios. Nos encanta la ubicación del hotel pero desafortunadamente pareciera que solo les interesa captar el dinero de los huéspedes sin hacer inversión alguna. Las habitaciones muestran ya su deterioro. Sin mencionar baños y demás servicios, como el baño público cerca de la cocina que avisa su estado y condiciones a metros por su fétido olor.

Review 15：Our room (ground floor, near the road) smelled like sewage. Our daughter's room, which was on the second floor, was lovely. Ask for a room on the second floor!

Review 17：The room was not so clean, there were spider webs and spiders where they keep the additional pillows, the furniture was old and bed smelling, the bed linen was worn out and yellow-stained, the bathroom was terrible, rusty and smelly too. The shower was the worst. They indeed changed the bed sheets, someone came and hand-picked the spiders and only part of the spider webs, without really cleaning the place. Nothing was done about the terrible shower. The breakfast was ordinary and the restaurant staff was rude. Also, forget about the pool, it is just disgusting. As their Mojito, the worst I have ever had.

Review 19：Perhaps it used to be a nice hotel but what it became is a disappointing, completely run down place with falling apart, rusted facilities, grey beadsheets, stained textiles e.g. on deck chairs or sitting pillows and, most importantly, some staff are very unhelpful, even impolite. Some rooms are overlooking a busy street, make sure they don't put you there. Not recommended!

Review 24：When we first arrived I was disappointed. Simple hotel, all inclusive turned out to be all inclusive without drinks (a glass of juice or ice tea together with the meals). But after a time we enjoyed the concept more and more, the food was served and cooked upon your order, you choosed from the menu. Nice people clean hotel , the only really negative thing is the bathrooms and the maintenance, needs to be renovated The beach is small and clean and gave a good protection against the wind.

Review 27：All aspects of my stay here exceeded expectation. The hotel is in a great location, in fact, I rarely left the resort. The restaurant is on the beach, as is the bar. The sea is just a few steps away from the rooms. There are water sports including reasonably priced jet skis! If you fancy a trip to downtown where the clubs and restarunts are then you're only 10 minutes away by taxi which the hotel will organise and they have their own drivers. A taxi costs around £4 before midnight and £8 after. There's also a small shop about 3 minutes walk from the hotel which is open late and serves all the essentials like beer! Review 29：We had a driver (Louisa) that gave us a very detailed tour of the Island. AQUANAUTAS is an experience of a lifetime and worth the price. CocoPlum is not crowded and there is a more relaxed feeling than other hotels.

Review 30：Considering local standards it was a very nice and clean hotel directly located on the beach, quiet in the evening but with lots of activities during the day. The personel was at all times friendly and the food served was decent and fresh. I can definitively recommend this hotel, for couples but also for singles looking for a nice time out.

So, they say, it's the customer problem not to have a shower when the sun is still shining. Wi-fi instable. Breakfast is controled. There is beach restaurant directly next to the hotel which is open for lunch if you want some variety without going into town. The evening tour by catamaran to the acuario was excellent.

Review 65：It is the filthiest hotel we've ever been. The room still smelled like vomit when we arrived, but nobody wanted to clean that smell, even thou we're a mature couple. Also we founded somebody else's nails in the floor. It was disgusting!

Review 67：The place is located in a great place but there is a big "but" about this: next to the hotel there is an abandoned area in which there are standing water which is like a habitat of full of mosquitos. that's really annoying about the lauzy bar: I expected the bar to have more then one natural juice each day but there wasn't the food in the restaurant was quite bad in the room: only 2 channels that speak english about the shower: there hot water only on sunny days, but who needs hot water on sunny days? in rainy days, when you want some hot water, then there aren't. The WiFi doesn't work in the room but only in the common areas We also had a bad experience on the check out when they double charged us on a couple of drinks in the bar and the whole process of the check-out was quite long because it took some time until they admitted about their mistake and the connection of the creadit card machine didn't work, so we had to wait until they wil fugure out how to charge us manually The staff don't really care about the tourists....it seems like they just want the day pass quickly as possible without interfering them

Review 68：The location is perfect and really could not be better because it is next to beach, maybe 10 meters away. This beach was the most beautiful beach in San Andres, and we know because we rented bikes and circled the whole island (30 km) The room and the bed were really comfortable and the shower had great pressure

Review 69：Very lacking in room cleanliness -- spider webs, stained towels,stained/ moldly shower. Room door had a half inch gap along thebottom which allowed bugs to enter the room (large spiders, red ants,lizard, mosquitoes, etc). We were only given 2 bath towels per day andhad to use one to try and block the door gap and the other to killmosquitoes along the ceiling.

Review 70：Excellent beach location. Amazing water! Breakfast was nice as it wasserved on a patio overlooking the ocean. Wifi really only functioned inlobby area and sometimes on the patio -- never in the room.
