Review 1：Did not have a wash cloth at first but one was sent to the room on the second day. However this was not replaced on a daily basis when the towel was removed from the room.

Review 2：Cleanliness of facility, the gift shop, the breakfast offered, and the close proximity to shopping.

Review 3：One or two problems but got sorted out straight away. The beach in front of the hotel had all their chairs & canopies removed by government orders. Being sorted out I believe.

Review 5：The first day we were assigned for a room in Casa Playa and it was very messy because they are upgrading the rooms. This was very unconfortable. Nevertheless, we asked for a change of room and they transfered us to an all new room in the Tower.

Review 29：room was different from the pictures on booking, we had mold in the shower and close to the air-condition, the save was broken and the room was located close to constructions in the hotel so it was loud, after complaining at the reception nothing happened till I spoke to the manager on the next day

Review 31：The reception staff are difficult to deal with. Discussion about a possible room change are not welcomed. If the key does not work they let you know you have done something wrong. With a bit of training and more client orientation they would significantly improve the quality of the hotel.

Review 32：Las Americas continues to have the very best beach in Cartagena. Some rooms have been nicely redone and the balconies with "hamacs" continue to be wonderful places with lovely views. The construction is very appropriate for a Caribbean hotel, with ample spaces and with lovely breeze. The swimming pools are very nice.

Excellent hotel to be with children. We bought the package that included breakfast which is good and plenty. We will definitely go back.

Review 38：- Beach is worthless - Level of humidity is so high that the floor (and all your stuff in the room) are constantly wet. 100% wet. - The facilities are okay but nothing spectacular. - Cartagena center is far away, 15 min ride (of no traffic) and at least for not less than 10 USD (7 EUR) or 15.000 Peso. - A lot of street vendors on the beach "Jetski, massage, drinks, whatever" every 5 minutes you have to chase a vendor from your towel.
