Review 1：I visited with my daughter and twin nephews. We all LOVED the place and enjoyed our stay although it was short. The host was very friendly and helpful. He was ready with answers to all our questions. We will definitely visit again!

Review 2：Very clean, quiet and comfortable room with affordable price. Super friendly and helpful staff, the manager went out of his way to make our stay perfect and recommended some good restaurants just nearby. Next to IGA grocery supermarket, 6 minutes' drive to Mont Saint-Sauveur Water Park, Saint-Sauveur downtown and factory outlet malls. Excellent quality-price ratio, highly recommend!

Review 3：Wishing there would be more lighting at night by the fire pit and by the water. Some drunken fool one day may just trip and fall in by accident. Other than that a very nice place .

Review 5：Sadly the room was missing on a lot of stuff. In every hotel room I rented there was always a coffee machine, fridge,and microwave. Also I didn't realized that the hotel had no breakfast included. All the restaurants in the area were very expensive. I could have another hotel with everything included for cheaper.

Review 6：Jacky the hotel manager was very helpful. He got us 20% rebates for Mont St-Sauveur water park. Always eager to help and ask our questions. The hot tub was a real delight.

Review 10：Once we arrived the hotel did not look its best, and because we booked it online i was scared that we made the wrong choice. But once my boyfriend and I walked in it was beautiful, decorations and very calm. The staff talk to us and explained that it was a private hotel therefore we had to pay in advance but that made our check out alot easier. The front desk gave us this number to call if we needed anything such as; food, water, or anything we forgot and they would send someone to get it for us. My boyfriend and I went out for supper and he recommended a restaurant that was very good, and then we came back to the hotel. We had a king size bed with a jacuzi and it was amazing. I definatly rave about this place to my friends because it was so beautiful!

Review 11：Lock on door broken, fireplace in room non-functioning, paper-thin walls (can hear conversation, snoring, toilet flushing, etc. in adjacent rooms. Creaking sounds overhead of footsteps on hardwood flooring). Room did not live up to pictures advertised on hotel website. Also advertised ability to purchase ski passes at hotel which was false. No couch in room per website.

Review 14：We loved everything about this place especially the friendly service of new owners. No special request was a problem. We were able to check -in early and check out late. Rooms were much larger than expected. Great central location. Best value!!!!!!!!!!!
