Review 1：Loved the owner! Such a fantastic, genuine and friendly man. His wife was also really helpful with food and wine recommendations. The room was very clean and comfortable. We slept so well - despite the noisy road! One of the few places in Chile where we enjoyed our shower :-) Breakfast was delish. Beautiful gardens.
Review 2：The best hosts ever! Great people and they give wonderful recommendations. Rooms are also great and a beautiful garden with lounge area, swimming pool and two hot tubs!
Review 3：There was nothing bad here, just a couple of areas that could be improved - the safe in our room wasn't operating, the description says 400m to the main square however I would say it is closer to a kilometer plus there is no gym (it says there is in the description).
Review 4：Our hosts were fantastic! We had an unexpected invitation to join them for a glass of wine which was still going three hours and some home cooked food later! Wonderful people,very hospitable and knowledgable about Santa Cruz. The property is beautiful and the room was very comfortable. Quiet location in a residential street. The hosts live on the premises and there are 5 guest rooms. We had a very positive experience here.
Review 5：great cozy little b&b, with only 5 rooms, close to town but far enough away not to be bothered by traffic and people, if you have a car it is a great base camp for touring the santa cruz area, the owners are a very nice couple always willing to help put and give you tips(specially related to dinning and wine)

Review 7：Good location not too far from the center, clean room and bathroom with comfortable bed. The very friendly hosts Mariela and Jose made us feel at home and gave us a lot of recommendations and were always there to help. If you are going to Santa Cruz this is probably the best address.
Review 8：Casa Pando is the perfect boutique hotel : very clean and nice rooms, large garden with magnificent pool, and most of all, the most welcoming owners, who will treat you like guests in their own houses. If it wasn't for the amazing Colchagua Valley, I guess we could have just hanged out by the pool all day and enjoy their company
Review 9：The B&B is in a residential area, so you have to drive to restaurants, but they're quite close, so that wasn't a problem at all.
Review 10：Cass Pando is quite pretty, and our hosts, Mariela and Jose, were helpful and beyond hospitable, offering good ideas for activities, as well as a nice evening in the garden one night. The rooms are attractive and quite comfortable, and the pool is a real plus in the hot Chilean summer.
Review 11：We enjoyed our stay with Mariela and José enormously. Right from our arrival they made us feel at home at Casa Pando. As Mariela "briefed" us thoroughly about the ins and outs of Santa Cruz and its surrounding - restaurants to visit, handicraft shops, the best wineries - we already realized that the 3 nights that we booked were really too short to enjoy it all. José showed us the lovely garden with its vegetables, peach, fig and lemon trees. The pool was a winner too - adjacent to it are 2 open air hot tubs (inside large wine barrels) and a sauna. The hosts were tremendously hospitable, inviting us to enjoy wine and delicious food with them on the terrace. It was very interesting to discuss and learn about Chile during our conversations. The breakfast was superb, with a generous portion of scrambled eggs freshly cooked by the maid. During our trips to the Montes and Lapostolle wineries we were able to use Pando bikes free of charge, which was great. This place is a real gem, above all for the people that run it.

Review 22：It was so relaxing. The owners made you feel very welcome when you arrived. I enjoyed the food & the wines from the area. You can bicycle, drive to the wineries or catch the local buses to the wineries. I spoke little Spanish yet I had such an amazing time there.
