Review 1：The location was fine, but it was in a congested area and the beach was too crowded and sort of dirty. Not exactly what one would conjure up when one thinks of the Caribbean.
Review 2：The hotel was clean and modern, and the two rooms I rented were of good size, with each having a small balcony overlooking the beach. The staff was kind enough to honor my request to place us on a high floor. Also, the roof top pool was nice and not too crowded.
Review 3：- No English speaking concierge, very limited English speaking staff - made it hard to organize activities or even order room service - Extra charge for using beach facilities - No guests allowed in rooms after 6pm. This wasn't stated anywhere and I didn't find out until I tried to bring in a guest and was told my guest had to wait in the lobby. (Is this boarding school or a hotel?!) - Terrible smell in my room coming up from ceiling. Best described as horse manure.
Review 4：Located on the beach, near lots of restaurants and stores. Nice buffet breakfast in the morning, easy to get cabs out front.
Review 5：The pillows were as hard as cement, the pool was very small, tons of construction going on in this area and the beach is dirtier than a flood after a hurricane.

Review 9：noisy because of construction infornt of hotel. Guests should be warned about this. Absolutely no relationship between value vs quiality of rooms, which are quite old. We could not even open tbe curtains to enjoy the view because of construction workers. Again, gueste should be warned and price should be lowered because of this hige inconvenience.

Review 14：For such a pricy hotel you would think the facilities are well kept. This is not the case, first of all the maintenance in the bathroom was awful. It really smelled bad. Then for some reason when it rained the floor in the room became soaked. When I left I complaint and they did not gave it much consideration. I don't think I want to go back there.

They did not look very happy and we hardly got the chance to help ourselves with the breakfast buffet. At exactly 10.30 the entire buffet was cleaned, without asking us if we needed anything else, before taking away the food.

I cut my arm pretty badly and when I went down stairs to get a bandaid the front desk people just looked at me like what do you want us to do about it? They couldn't care less. Finally, a doorman came over and suggested they call the hotel nurse! The nurse was a doll. The rest of the staff were all very friendly but the front desk would keep me from staying there again! Secondly the food was horrible!
