Review 1：1/ There is no parking nearby. The closest place you can park for free is several streets away, so you have to walk for about 5 minutes from your car. If you want to pay for the parking, it is not much closer! 2/ The lady from the reception didn't speak English 3/ The equipment in the room is not in good condition - the pillows, towels, pans, kitchen towels etc. definitely had the better days long time ago 4/ In such apartments you can usually get coffee, tea, sugar - at least for the first hot drink when you arrive. Not here, unfortunately.
Review 2：The apartment was clean and spacious. It is in the main square of the city, so it is nice for sightseeing, bars, restaurants and shops. The room was quiet.
Review 3：The hotel was a bit dark in some areas but it wasn't much of a problem because there were light switches at the end of the corridors. I can understand they automatically turn off so that it won't disturb other guest but at first glance it's a bit off putting at first glance, at least at night. Also it would be great if they accepted credit card and not just cash.
Review 4：Hotel is conveniently located in a nice area of the city next to many shops restaurants and an atm which is just a few steps up the street. The rooms were spacious, modern, and most definitely clean which was fantastic. The staff was helpful and though there was a bit of a language barrier we were able to communicate just fine. These are kitchenette rooms which would be great for a long term stay in Opava.
Review 5：The staff was easy to work with and the process of getting and returning the keys was simple and straightforward. The kitchenette was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and what one needs to cook.
Review 6：The GPS brought us right to the back door! Next morning we went out the front and found we were right in the centre of a lovely quaint town centre. Absolutely beautiful, not at all touristy; perfect stop over between Budapest and Wroclaw

Review 17：In general quality of the service was very poor:- No English - No Reception - on Saturday there's no way of getting into the studio without calling (phone not intercom) the office. It is not mentioned on the booking confirmation how you supposed to get into facilities. Once we got into the building and got room keys everything was great.
