Review 1：Outdated, needs painting. Price is very high for what it is, high extra costs for having a second person with you.
Review 2：Clean, quiet, conveniently located to ferry. Staff accommodating although not the most friendly.
Review 3：I was a bit put off by multiple sightings of hairs which clearly belonged to various individuals but decided it wasn't the end of the world.

Review 7：The room was supposed to be non-smoking but reeked of stale smoke. I also found two used butts around....and the place had not been cleaned thoroughly at all.

Review 10：We made a couple of changes to our stay prior to arriving with no problems. When we arrived at 1130pm we were welcomed. The nice guy that works at the front gave us a choice of the room we booked or a better room with a kitchen for the same price. We jumped on that deal. The location was away from the downtown rift raft yet only a 5 min drive to get there.Excellent Service.

Review 12：This 50's style motel is under new ownership and they appear motivated to make positive changes. The physical layout of the motel is somewhat limiting to what they can do. Rooms are smaller. Bathroom is tight. All the basic needs are met, but not in a luxurious fashion. The nightly rate (I paid $63 plus tax) is quite reasonable for value.
Review 13：Hairs were all over the bed sheets and bathroom (not ours), unsanitary. Walls and ceiling very thin, very loud. Bed and pillows extremely uncomfortable!
Review 14：The location was great to the ferries and easy access to the main roads for shopping and site seeing. The management goes out of their way to make the guests happy and they are very friendly people. Nice clean rooms and comfortable beds. Defiantly would stay there again.
