Review 1：-Can be a little noisy although it didn't really disturb us

Review 2：-Location (directly opposite de lifts, slopes and some restaurants) -Wifi (fastest I ever experiences in a hotel) -Staff was very friendly and helpful

Review 7：Very small room, strange curtain around the shower (not comfortable) and big spot because of water on the carpet near bathroom a bit damages an impression from design. As a consequence in general low value for money but I got an impression that all hotels are overpriced in this region

Review 13：Not only did I have an great weekend, staff was really kind, but also, when I messed up and forgot my residency card, Ursina at the hotel was kind enough to send it back to me! Highly recommended and I will be back!

Review 14：Not a hotel! no toiletries or phone. maybe the most uncomfortable bed iv ever slept in. no vents so room got steamy when showering but too cold to open windows. Paying this much elsewhere iv had exquisite luxury-this was very basic but Switzerland is expensive anyway.

Review 17：Wifi was very fast, which makes a nice change. Lovely staff in both the restaurant and hotel. Just over the road from the chair lifts. Get a tourist card which gives you lots of free/discount things. Breakfast is a voucher for the cafe over the road which is really good.
