Reviews for Hostal Cepa Noble
Review 1:The hostal is great and the owners are very nice. The breakfast is really good, and we've decided leave the hostal at 5am to hit the road, so the owners prepared a special breakfast at 4:30am specially for us.
Review 2:The owners are incredibly kind, they treat you like family. Full of wonderful suggestions. Delicious breakfast, comfy beds, couldn't have been happier.
Review 3:Can't use enough superlatives to describe the comfort we felt. Christina was a wonderful hostess as was her husband and two sons. They made excellent suggestions for our enjoyment at the wineries. We even found time for a refreshing dip in their pool. Santa Cruz is a relatively small town but worth visiting. We felt completely at ease there, even walking at night. Breakfast was lovely too.
Review 4:Nothing.
Review 5:Totally enjoyable experience. The owner and staff are very nice and accommodating, the room was comfortable and very clean, beautiful breakfast with home made bread, cereals and lots of fruit. I had to change my plans close to my arrival date and shorten my stay for a night, and although I was past the date to change the reservation, the hostal accepted the change without charge. Location is good, less than 5 minutes walk to the bus terminal and the city center. Thoroughly recommend a stay.
Review 6:Nothing
Review 7:The Hostal made us feel like if we were in our own place. The rooms were very clean, the place was quiet and the owners were extremely helpful and gentle. With the directions of the owner we managed to visit 6 vineyards only with public transportation, which is also a plus in the city.
Review 8:Wi-Fi in the second floor was awful, sometimes was just disappearing (they have to put another router in the second floor!). Pillows somehow were smelling with dust and illumination during the night was constant and curtains were helping not that much. Additionally, no sound proof at all, you could hear everything what's going on in the other rooms!
Review 9:The staff were very friendly and helpful. Pretty close to center, bus station and restaurant complex.
Review 10:Breakfast is typical Chilean - processed cheese and meat and no real coffee. Also, some confusion with prices - they tried to charge us more than Booking.com quoted. Luckily we still had the confirmation on our computer and they did use the quoted price after we insisted.
Review 11:Great back yard with pool and lounge chairs (could use some repair) but a nice place to sit on sunny days. Clean, comfortable bed which is always a welcome find in Chile. Located on a quiet street and room for a small car in their locked driveway.
Review 12:Incredibly welcoming family. Friendly and sincere. Helpful and generous. We had a wonderful stay in Santa Cruz which was made better by the Hostal Cepa Nobel staff!
