Review 1：The staff wasn't very helpful. The hotel is very old, rooms very basic. It does not feel like a five star hotel, more like a 3 star hotel. Completly over priced for what it is.

Review 14：The Wi Fi is not a good service. It disconnect you constantly and you have to log in continuously. You will be charged for any thing from the minibar, even a bottle of water.

Review 20：My parents were celebrating 50 years anniversary and stay at the hotel for 4 nights, they treated them with a lot of cortesy and smiles, help them to walk from the entrance to the elevator, With the plates and glasses at the buffet.

Review 21：the night before my checkout, I explained to the front desk I needed to leave very early so I didn't have time to settle the bill in the morning. They said it was no problem, they would total any extra fees and charge it to the card I provided at checkout. The next morning, I was in a hurry to get to the airport and the security guard stopped the taxi while he radioed the front desk. They refused to let me leave until I paid my bill. I said I had it sorted out. More security arrived and harrassed the taxi driver. They threatened to call the police. When I went to the front desk, even though I was the only one there, the attendant went extremely slow to prove a point. I nearly missed my flight and caused a lot of stress for no need.

Review 23：When I checked in I didn't automatically get the booking.com rate. I had to catch it and get it corrected. There wasn't any problem getting it changed.

None of this was possible with the connection dropping every minute. Breakfast: For a 5 start you would expect more variety. It wasn´t bad but it got boring after the third day. No free bottled water in the room. There is a 1,5L bottle for 10.000 COP, I think it is not a nice touch.

Review 57：This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. If you know what a 5 star hotel around the world is, you will be very very very disappointed. I would give this a 3 star max. It is a big hotel, looks nice from the outside, but inside it is very very outdated. The hotel hasn't been remodeled in years. Don't get me wrong, the hotel is ok, but definitely not comparable to 5 star hotels in the US or Europe. So if you are planning to choose this hotel because it is 5 stars and you are expecting US or Europe quality, you will be disappointed.
