Review 1：watch out for the shower, it's a problem! Water turns ice cold and burning hot whenever the water is used in the rest of the motel. No separate water lines into the individual rooms.

Review 5：Tried to call the office at 9 pm but no one was around. The office was closed up and no one on site to talk to. Also, can't be 100% sure but it sure looked like there were blood stains on the bathroom wall. I looked a couple times in disbelief and convinced myself I just didn't want to know!

Review 10：Room was dark and dingy. Bed skidded across the room and was notattached to anything. No water, no glasses, no tub mat in shower, waterran too hot or cold suddenly, fist holes in front door. They did notexplain the procedure for cleaning room so they did not clean our roomduring our stay. The online photos are not a true representation of theroom we stayed in.There was no service other than to take our money and give us the key.

Review 12：Shabby appearance on arrival. Kitchen equipment should all be replaced. Very noisy plumbing all night. Dirty finger marks on doors. No plug in bathroom washbasin. The room we were assigned smelled awful.

Review 23：We rented the family suite. It had only 1 spoon and 2 cups to use in the kitchen. The bottom sheets on the mattresses did not fit properly so you ended up sleeping on the mattress. The air conditioning only helps the main room, not the bedrooms. We ended up leaving the hotel even though we paid for a full week. It was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in for years and would not recommend it to anyone.

He started explaining all the details of the interaction of a hotel with booking.com which we were not really interested in. This is 21 century, and online booking is everywhere - you gotta adjust

Review 34：Not so much bad per se. It was just a low-rent motel (ok fine) but with a bit high price. I could not be sure how clean the bathroom was, and the AC needs serious cleaning. Again, I get that it is a motel, but it could use a facelift all around. The Travelodge is also a motel, and maybe charges more, but the blue bird was a bit Hillbilly.

Review 36：this unit was not cleaned properly at all.Toliet had red ring around it from not being properly cleaned.There was popcorn on kitchen floor plus cracker crumbs.Tub was dirty under rubber mat plus the rubber mat itself was filthy.Fridge was dirty in crisper and outside all sticky/greasy.This room was a nice unit but the cleaner was at fault and the unit should have been checked prior to being released for a guest..We stayed here in December and that unit was nice and clean. This cleaner needs to be trained better or fired.

The building was a bit run down and the water temperature fluctuated in the shower - from cold to very hot. We wouldn't stay here again with such aggressive T&Cs

Review 51：Checked in, went to room used the bathroom to find the toilet would not flush. Called desk to ask for assistance, they said 40 minutes. Asked to be switched to another room as we had only been there 5minutes, and desk said she has no other rooms at the discount price.... Kind of felt like I had to pay more to have a working toilet. Shower scolding hot then cold... Not fun .

Review 55：We had made the reservation through booking.com where it said we didn't have to leave a credit card number, when we showed up at 0130 the guy there said that we were lucky he had a room because if people don't leave a credit card he doesn't save them a room. Also he said that the price online was wrong but he would give it to us for that price. Maybe the website and the motels need to discuss options a bit better?
Review 56：We showed up at 0130 in the morning after getting off the last ferry and someone was there. The room was clean, there was an air conditioner and it was a good price.
Review 57：The building is an old run down motel that has had paint slapped on it, as you drive in your first view is a couple who obviously live there siting in front of their unit having a beer and a smoke and it goes from there.

Then she automatically assumed I had a prepaid and stated: I need a real one. I gave her my master card. Her machine obviously wasn't set up for mc. Just visa. It declined then she made me feel weird about it. The next day, she kept eye balling us when we were getting ready to check out. We would have given all excellent review answers, but her people skills need a little work. We will stay here again. I will just send my hubby in next time. We also received a wake up call which we didn't request at 630am. On holidays, that kind of sucks

Review 73：The outward appearance of the hotel belies its friendly and comfortable nature. Try not to be put off by the outside smoking chairs and ashtrays etc. There was no smell of smoke in our room. Its on the highway but easy access and little traffic noise.
Review 74：The room was large with comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean. The full kitchen was very adequate for our needs and all appliances worked very well. It is an older place but recently renovated. The front desk was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Great value for money.
Review 75：Really noisy as we could clearly hear when neighbors around us were walking and taking a shower. In stated in booking.com that pets are for free whereas the lady at the reception wanted to have first 10CAD per night, reduced it to 5 and when I complained she got all furious on me and took the extra charge away. She also told that check-out is at 11AM whereas in booking.com it states between 11AM and 12PM.
