Review 1：The apartment was not properly heated during my first days and it felt cold, especially during the night. I have asked the host to fix the heating and it was great after that. I had some issues with the breakfast because it is served in a different location(cafe Kramer about 200m from the apartment) and they were not flexible. In my case I didn't took breakfast for the day before and next day I've asked them to have both breakfasts, they initialy asked me to pay extra. (daily breakfast is quite poor)
Review 2：The location, size of the apartment, parking space are all a great value for Kramer's.
Review 3：No reception desk, you have to arrange key takeover and payment via phone. No air conditioner, only loud ventilator.
Review 4：Nice large apartment at a nice location. Breakfast is served at a nice cafe (once you manage to find it :), which is especially nice in the summer.
Review 5：When I got there, there was no one at reception and I somehow got locked inside the building. After managing to escape and thinking I'd have to sleep at the reception desk, I had the thought to go to nearby Café Kramer to see if they could help me. Luckily, they were able to contact the receptionist (God knows why she wasn't actually at the apartment) who came over and let me in. A very harrowing experience.

Review 9：1.It would help if the company provided detailed instruction how to get to the parking place. The one-way street system in Opava is tricky and not shown on any Google map. 2. We were a bit worried about the fact that it was not possible to get in and out of the building except to use a key which took some time to insert and turn. In case of fire (smoke in the corridor) or other emergency this may be dangerous.It could be possible to install a system that the main door could be opened by an automatic switch, operated similarly to a car door opening device, issued to visitors with the apartment key. Alternatively, it could be simply set up by use of a smart card.
Review 10：We lived in an apartment B for two weeks during our visit to Silesian University. We found it very attractive, comfortable and suitable for such a visit. The breakfast arrangement in Cafe Kramer was another excellent feature. We will certainly seek accommodation in Kramer during our future visits to Opava.

Review 12：Large living space and very clean. The location in Opava is great located on the pedestrian only street with lots of great bars nearby. Free parking and u never have to get in your car again until ready to leave town. Breakfast at the Kramer is fabulous.

Review 22：This hotel is situated within the small historic city of Opava. The hotel is of a very high standard. The room was very spacious andnice, with a beautifull kitchen attached, there was an super coffee machine available within this kitchen too. The hotel offered me avoucher for my breakfast, to use at the nearby cafe restaurant, there was a great menu to choose from. The breakfast was exellent
Review 23：Wide staircase, but no elevator. So, make reservation for lower floor if needed.
Review 24：Perfect location in town centre. Well equipped and large area appartment. Good breakfast at cafe Kramer. Free parking and WiFi. Good support from landlady: we arrived earlier than planned, but she was there to meet us within a couple of minutes. Many nice restaurants, a supermarket and ATM's in close vicinity. Note the studio has a nice street view, the apartment on the same floor is overlooking the parking lot at the rear of the building.
