Review 1：the fire place that is advertised is false you can burn wood in the wood fireplace no phone in the room would of been nice to have a fan in washroom

Review 3：-Beds were very hard -Room very narrow -not enough hangers or furniture for clothing / storage space -corners of floor were always dirty in bathrooms it was evident that it was a quick clean -needs renovations/update in room -cream for coffee never refilled. It was annoying because we were up at 6am with baby and could not have my coffee before 8am because reception was closed-same routine every morning! -we were there for cuban festival so did not spend much time in room but time we did spend made us realize we did not want to come back.

Review 5：We stayed 3 days in 3 different room. The 206 needs renovation... while taking a shower the water was sometime burning us or freezing us. The toilet seat could not stay up and the counter looked like it was going to fall down. It also need better curtains so it stays dark in order to sleep in the morning.

Review 42：hard bed. Old bath fixtures with sluggish drains, toilet labeled with instructions how to deal with it overflowing, and it had trouble actually flushing solids... Light and alarm clock on the bedside table has no place to plug into. TV was small and old school. This was a first floor queen/queen room. The queen/sofa sleeper room we had 2 weeks prior was on the second floor and was more updated with usable lights and plumbing.
