Review 1：The only thing I would say is if you intend to use the wellness facilities a lot, get a room inside the hotel and not in the chalet. I stayed in the chalet (I presume there is only one, not sure) and it was charming in its way, but it was across a road from the hotel meaning you had to take all your stuff over the road and get changed there (as it was in winter I was very wrapped up!). It would have been slightly nicer to just be able to go downstairs in the robe. Still, this is a tiny detail and did not spoil the experience in any significant way.

Review 2：All staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel had a nice atmosphere and the spa/wellness facilities were really great, full of nice little touches like 4 or 5 types of massage jets in the pool, which you can turn on using slightly hidden buttons that you don't notice at first. The breakfast was very good, with a nice view from the breakfast room. The free shuttle bus to the ski lift was also really convenient (I used it for hiking but all the same).

Review 3：Small room, dated decor like bath with shower curtains, wellness only open during the day so not available to one-night guests, bar area reserved the entire night for group of pensioners, by far the most expensive hotel in our trip.

Review 6：The food was amazing and portion sizes just right. The half board option is great value as Switzerland can be very expensive. Attentive staff - and the owners are incredibly helpful and friendly. Stayed for three days - wish it had been longer.

Review 7：Everything was wonderful. Very clean and neat. The staff spoke English. Very accommodating to our needs. The heated pool/Spa was a welcome treat after a day of riding on the motorcycle. Garage parking. Very secure. We will stay here again when in the area!

Review 15：I travelled alone with my two children. We were all made feel very welcome. Staff was extremely nice, the food in the hotel was excellent both for breakfast and dinner (5 course menu). The hotel has its own small bus to the ski lifts. The pool is a very good place to relax and enjoy after a ski day. Free wifi reaches every corner, and two computers are available as well. I will definitely come here again.

Review 16：Interestingly I'd booked a night before and had to cancel, but payed the full charge. At the time I e-mailed them to let them know and they replied saying if I booked again they'd give me a discount. Needless to say they never mentioned it!! Mind you nor did I.

Review 17：One night. No dinner, lunch or breakfast. Used none of the facilities. Had a drink in the bar only. Nothing to like or dislike.

Review 23：Hotel Cresta is a beautful small hotel just outside the center of Flims. The scenery is breathtaking. The heated outdoor pool and spa facilities were lovely! Breakfast was sumptuous and the service was exceptionally warm and helpful.

Review 51：Wifi gets a bit slow when everyone has returned from the ski pistes and is using the internet. The internet reception in the restaurant and bar area is not as good as in the hotel rooms. We thought that was not bad. as these areas are meant for dining and socializing (no lively atmosphere when everyone is staring at their phones and/or tablets).

After our first night the chamber maid noticed that we had double-folded the down pillows (we thought them a bit soft) and immediately showed us a different type of pillow and offered to change the pillows. Breakfast and dinners delicious and varied. A food allergy mentioned at the check-in was remembered at dinner later in the week. Large wellness center with warm outdoor pool. We appreciated the introduction drinks with an informative talk by the hotel manager organized for all new guests. Friendly atmosphere in bar and restaurant.

Review 70：The staff was about as good as it gets from a service standpoint. At your beck and call. I stayed there two nights. In fact I returned for a second night because of how impressive Cresta is for the cost. Each night was the same menu item(s) for all patrons at the restaurant, but obviously well prepared by a chef's staff; 5 course meals in atmosphere that is high ranking compared to luxury eateries anywhere. Only 30 CHF for guest. WELL WORTH IT! The wine selection was adequate and not cost prohibiting as well. Also, I was most pleased by the staff beacuase it was not typical of traditional Swiss service industry where "Your thirst is not of their concern" when first seated as compared to most Swiss restaurants. In other words ... they were prompt and very attentive. My only guess is because most of the staff appeared to be from Eastern European countries, and it would be interesting what boarding/work arrangement the ownership provides their employees. The Wellness Center was very refreshing to attend between skiing and dinner. A pool to dip into kept at 35 Celsius, a cardio room, Steamroom, Sauna, and a chilled plunge pool probably kept under 5 Celsius. There was probably more to the Wellness Center than I observed as I believe massages are also available.

Review 71：There was no advanced warning that reservations were required for dinner at the hotel restaurant - and that you must sit before 7:30. Or that if you did not make reservations you would go hungry as there was nowhere else in the area to eat unless you made prior arrangements. Or that the spa closed at 7:30 for those skiers who did not rush back to the hotel to use the facilities they paid for. Also, check in was not until 2PM and there was no where to safely and securely store luggage. I would not stay again.

Re: Cresta: The taxi service to and from the ski resort was helpful since Cresta is a bit off the beaten path. The girl at the front desk was friendly.
