Review 1：Room was alittle on the small side. Could use a few more pots to go with kitchen. We were by the stairs on the first floor so it was noisy as people returned to their rooms late at night. Breakfast doesn't open till 8, so a bit late for early mountain arrival.
Review 2：Very convenient to Mont Saint Sauevuer. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Kitchen was handy for breakfast.
Review 3：We arrived in the evening and the desk clerk (who was super nice) knew my name when I walked in the room. He was so very helpful and explained some restaurant discounts and offered his opinion on where to eat.

Review 8：There was no shower head in the bathroom, there was no ice bucket,just a lid. The staff was extremely rude. Sorry I don't speakFrench but you are running a hotel, get used to the business. I wentto make a coffee in the room and there were mouldy grounds in thecoffee maker. Clearly they aren't good at cleaning. I ordered aKing size bed and got a queen. We got back to the hotel around 4 amand the key wouldn't work. There is no one at the front desk aftermidnight so we had to call someone. The guy came up and asked why wewere out until 4 am. Because it was any of his business? It's ahotel, the idea is you come and go as you please. My neighboursdon't ask me where I have been. Then told us that we would have topay $25 because he had to come and let us in our room. Because theircard wouldn't work in their door. He said I must have kept it tooclose to my cell phone. I have stayed in multiple hotels across NorthAmerica and never had this issue.

Review 23：I stayed here a few years ago and found the staff hostile to Anglophones or Americans, perhaps both. This time was 180 degree turnaround. We had a pleasant stay and the manager was vey customer oriented. Would recommend.
Review 24：Kitchen needs to be re-stocked. First time this ever happened to me and I've stayed often. Usually there is a good supply of dishes, glasses, etc. Fortunately I didn't need any this visit. I know I could have asked.

Review 26：breakfast was very limited, no eggs for instance. Just bread and peanutbutter or jelly/jam room wasn't clean, lots of dust and dirty behind doors. Also asked one of the cleaning ladies to clean my room when I left, she said yes but when I came back a few hours laters it wasn't done. Also they didn't change the sheets when they made my bed.

There are no elevators so if you are not comfortable doing stairs (as many as 4 flights to the top floor) be sure to mention this to the hotel staff. Perfect location. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to friends.

Review 67：This property has a new owner and from our experience - he doesn't appear to care how his quests are taken care of. When we arrived, they informed us that they did not have a room available for us in accordance with the room having 2 queen beds that we had booked well ahead of time. They offered us a smaller room with one queen bed instead, which we refused. After some haggling, we were offered a room with the two queen beds. The entire length of sidewalk all along the front of where our room was situated right up to the entrance of our room was sheer ice and absolutely treacherous. The next morning, after complaining, they had staff come around and spread salt and sand in front of our door and all along the sidewalk. Why then and not prior to receiving their quests for the weekend (?) leaving us skating across ice to take our luggage inside to our room!! ALSO: The advertisement placed by the hotel to describe its amenities stated that the free breakfast served was a 'hot breakfast' inclusive of eggs and fresh fruit, etc. The only 'hot' item they served was toast. Bread and bagels was all that they served - no muffins or Danish, etc. The fresh fruit they had available were bruised apples. No yogurt. Just bread, bagels, apple, coffee and juice. I complained, which 'made them' produce yogurt, oranges and some bananas the last day of our stay.

Review 69：I was VERY disappointed especially with the cleanliness of the jacuzzi and the non-replenishment of coffee supplies for our 2nd day. I specifically returned to this hotel because they offer rooms with a jacuzzi and a small kitchenette with a coffee maker. When informing the supervisor of the condition of the jacuzzi on day 2, her first comment was that 'they had been busy the day before'. This added to my disappointment given that the 'pink film' found in the jacuzzi jets indicate it hadn't been cleaned for an EXTENDED period of time. As a result, I will never go back to this hotel and will definitely not recommend it to anyone.

And on the morning of the second day I find out that they only wrote down one night and tried to kick us out because another couple booked the room. They eventually stopped arguing with me over the phone and put the other couple in anther hotel and claimed it was their mistake. This should not ever happen. I was not impressed.
