Review 1：Unfortunately, the fridge in the room wasn't working and we loss food items while we were out visiting the area! The fridge was defective!! We threw out some food items that we have brought.

Review 3：We were very disappointed that the whirlpool wasn't working. Wished the pool temperature was warmer. We were also disappointed that the hotel restaurant was closed.

Review 5：It was not a bad experience but we thought that the breakfast charge of $9.00 was exorbitant for the quality of the offering. We have had better breakfasts in other hotels that have been free; that is they were included in the cost of the room for the night.

Review 7：Had to wait 10 minutes before being greeted, ask for a balcony and paid for the balcony, but couldn't see anything there were big trees, no view at all.

The hotel is situated on a busy highway at the back and front youhave a busy main road- rue principale.. Therefore whichever rooms youchoose would be noisy with traffic!!!

Review 47：Outside in the winter, water drips down onto the outside metal portion of the heater, making it impossible to sleep. The fix: put a towel on it. Pool was cold and dark, and jacuzzi is part of the pool making it also very cold.
